I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my daughter's bedroom set from their sales associate Kamal. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have always had good experiences purchasing from this Mor's furniture. We appreciate the snacks and drinks they provide as well.

Absolutely the worst experience in purchasing furniture and I'm glad it was only barstools. We purchased 6 in September, and confirmed they would not be in a box. We opted for pick up versus delivery as we have a truck. We were told a two week delay. At week 4 my husband called and called every few days and it was always a delay delay. Week 7 we were able to pick up 4 of the 6. Upon pick up, you check in then wait 20 minutes at least until they text you a dock to park at, which I waited an additional 15 minutes. I received BOXED barstools. Upon assembly, there's stickers for "made in China" so I'm pretty sure I could have cut the middle man and purchased elsewhere without the hassle and for cheaper. One barstool was damaged. They offered to exchange it, then I'd loose my warranty and I'd have to wait an additional 4 weeks for the replacement. I asked for delivery/pick up, no! I asked to turn in the damaged one now then wait for replacement, no! I had to store it until the replacement was in! I asked for the remaining stools to be delivered to compensate and show good customer service, due to me being lied to since day one, no! My other two barstools were finally ready today, 4 weeks after the other 4 and over two months from initial order. Upon checking in at opening, 10am, the main doors were locked until I began to walk around the building at 1010. I found another door, which someone else walked in right before me and I'm now behind him. He has a big order so I have to wait. I explained to the desk girl that her doors were locked, I've had a bad experience, please expedite. Instead of being apologetic or understanding, she wanted to argue with me as to one door was open so I should have known. Even though the door I was waiting at said open at 10am. So from start to finish, ZERO customer service and they don't care. I do not honor bad business like this and I will not be coming back. I urge you to look elsewhere than to encourage this bad business. I don't complain on Yelp, I don't think ever. But this could not be ignored. Horrible!

I was thankful that we were greeted by Barbara. She provided excellent service with our last two purchases and went above and beyond. This time was no different. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Barbara and Mor Furniture! Thank you so much Barbara!

Alex was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. We went to every furniture store in the Inland Empire and of all the sales associates we spoke to, Alex was by far the best. He made our purchase extremely easy and when the need comes for additional furniture, he will be the first person we go to.

Thomas Garcia was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. His joyful demeanor made our couch purchase enjoyable and stress free. He kept our needs at the forefront while answering our questions and assisting with our custom design. 10/10 would purchase from him again!

We bought furniture online without going into the store, unfortunately it came with a manufacturer defect so this time we went into the store. We don't buy furniture often so had plenty of questions - Trina was on top of it. She helped us look at alternatives and different options to streamline our buying experience. Overall very satisfied with the purchase experience and definitely going back into store for future purchases

Mor furniture was a great shopping experience. The staff is super friendly, prices are great and the selection is very nice. Beverly was able to help me get everything I wanted and also coordinated the delivery date for me that worked best. I will be returning here again for sure! Yelp hours are WRONG They are open 10 am to 7 pm We just arrived at 7:15 and they closed. Yelp said they were open until 8

I just spoke with a customer service representative. Two weeks ago I purchased a mattress and some furniture and now the labor day sale is happening. I was curious about price matching if my items I previously had purchased had gone on sale. I was told by the in store sales rep I would have 30 days to price match if my items went on sale. Upon calling, the customer service rep was extremely rude and initially stated she was incapable of checking for me and that I would have to do it on my own. I asked how to get ahold of my sales rep because I attempted to call the stores phone number and ended up with her. She reluctantly looked up my items and told me they haven't gone on sale. I stated thank you for checking and was going to ask again how to contact my sales rep. However before I could get this information out she hung up on me. I have always been impressed with mor employees and how helpful they are, however their customer service call center could use some work!!!

We had the best experience purchasing a sectional. Alex was so helpful in showing us everything available and didn’t pressure us to purchase anything like some salesman do. Will definitely come back again for future furniture needs.

Walked in after looking at a few stores. I need something right away at a good price. Beverly helped me right away. I was able to be honest with what I liked and what I didn’t. She was able to help me find exactly what I needed. I found it, sat down with her, purchased it and walked out a 1/2 hour later! Perfect. :)

Great selection and Excellent Customer Service. Mrs.Trina was magnificent and made the experience memorable. Not only was very knowledgeable but her personality was the best. She made our buying experience less stressful and made us feel like we weren't being SOLD furniture.!
