If your interested in hiring this company I strongly advise you visiting a location the already service, or attempt to get in touch with someone at the company as a patron (I mean a part of the community or building who hired them not the person signing the check). I am confident they will paint a better picture then I. If your looking for security look else where if not for any other reason then your safety, Cause they will not provide that or any sense of it. ( literally only resorted to reviewing cause I have not been able to ever get in touch with anyone at the company and the security I have managed to find and talk to, lets just say these people don't get paid enough to even care lol, nice guys but made it very clear "im here for the hourly if you need me im parked at the school almost all nights, I got 911 on speed dial")

February 2022 I went to Rancho Springs Medical Center as I was experience miscarriage symptoms. Upon arrival, my boyfriend dropped me off at the front door so I could hurry in as he found parking. I walked in actively bleeding, crying, and barely able to take the pain. A security guard got me a wheelchair and left me in the emergency room line. My boyfriend then ran in the facility to be by my side. The security immediately started harassing him regarding Covid, masks, etc. He put on a mask but was told he needed to leave as patients only were allowed in the er at the time, at there were ACTIVELY couples and multiple parents with children in the ER. My boyfriend and I pointed this out, with tears streaming down our faces. Finally my boyfriend agreed to leave once he knew I was checked in safely. Once gone, my boyfriend stood at the windows of the ER where I could see him, staying on the phone talking to me through it. The same security and another guard started talking together and looking at me. He then wheeled me to the hallway, by myself, unable to see the windows. As I was in a wheelchair still bleeding and in pain, my boyfriend found a door with a small window he was able to see me through if he stood on a bench OUTSIDE of the hospital, through another set of double doors in a unit that was closed as it was midnight. During this time, two more couples entered the ER together and nothing was said to them. Some time later the guard noticed my bf and rushed past me POINTING AT ME stating "her boyfriend is causing problems" to the nurses. A nurse stopped me and asked me what was going on, as I explained hysterical abt the guard. He came over and began raising his voice saying that my boyfriend is not allowed to stand on hospital property and he will be escorted out of the parking lot, etc.; I was wheeled back to where my boyfriend could see me by the nurse, and did not see the guard the rest on the night. I was told by staff when I called file a complaint about abt him, that they would contact this security company. Fast forward to December 2022, the same security guard was working in the Labor and Delivery unit, when my sister delivered her twins. I walked in and the same security guard has the audacity to look me in the eye and say "hey you look really familiar". I took his picture and his badge information. I lost my baby that night in February 2022 and this security guard made my experience even more traumatizing. He should not be working in such a care taking, needed environment - at the very least.

I contacted them may 8th to get a quote for providing security services for the American Legion events we have at our post from time to time. They took the time to send me a quote offering services for 45 per hour with a 6 hour minimum. I let them know that it could be several times per month. Fast forward to today I called this morning to their office around 9am and no answer. So I called the cell number provided on the quote again no answer. I called both numbers again about hour and a half later still no answer. It wasn't until 1:45 they got back to me. At which time he told me that it was now 55 per hour and need 7 days notice to accommodate. As the commander of the post I would never do business with this company.

I was at a show last night at terminal 5 in New York city. The security team went above and beyond with their duties, especially Louis. Thanks to the amazing team that was there last night! If you are looking for event security, look no further than MPS!

Our experience with MPS has been absolutely fantastic. My film crew experienced a robbery on set and needed executive protection on a tight turn around before we could continue production. Not only were they able to accommodate our needs immediately, they provided support with a smile. Lisa was great to speak with on the phone and over email, and our agents Robert and Dan were absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be using MPS for any shoots in the future!!

Last night at 11:15pm I was having an anaphylaxis attack. When I entered Rancho Springs Medical Emergency room by myself, my throat was closing and I was in a state of panic. The guard at the desk named Anthony understood that I was in urgent need for help and wasnt able to communicate well because I could barely breathe. He quickly jumped to action and got me the help that I urgently needed. The next day when I returned to site to retrieve my car I had to check on the billing information that I was not able to communicate. I was greeted at the door by the Security Manager Tally Flotron. HShe directed me to her security staff on duty at the desk. security officer Tyler went and got the person that would be able to take care of all my concerns and I was able to get things taken care of quickly. I feel the security staff helped to make a very traumatic and scary experience much easier. They were quick reaponding and proffessional.
