Went to Murrieta Auto Collision for an estimate on my car 8/14/24, I called the day before to find out it an appointment was need for the estimate was told to just come in…was told no appointment needed as long as it’s between business hours. When I got to Murrieta Auto Collision was greeted with a warm welcome from Jen and she immediately connected with an adjuster, shared while inside thee office and it was very clean and organized. Mike Diaz was my adjuster a very nice guy, I was asked a couple questions and Mike immediately jumped on my estimate, he was very knowledgeable and professional, I had some paint marks where the damage was so he cleaned the area though he did take pictures before and after in the process of giving me a fair estimate, thought that was a great way of giving a better estimate. The day before I got an estimate from another Body Shop not mentioning their name…thats a separate review but was giving an estimate of a thousand dollars more than Murrieta Auto Collision..probably because of the paint scrub marks wasn’t wiped away. My first impression of this family-owned business was that they take pride in the work being done to your vehicle. Haven’t had the work done yet it’s still going thru the insurance company. Will update when the work is complete. I would definitely recommend this business.

Murrieta Auto Collision is the place to go. We highly recommend them! We have had multiple cars repaired here with great results. These guys have excellent workmanship and attention to detail. I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop!! My car needed a new bumper and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Great pricing, staff, and communication. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer care and quality work.

The most professional and honest company I have ever worked with. From my first call with Vicky, I was convinced that they’re an excellent family owned company. When I called to pickup my vehicle, I spoke with Misty about how impressed I was with the way they fixed my car in a timely manner. I highly recommend Murrieta Auto Body to anyone in need of a quality auto body repair shop. Vicky and Misty are quality people.

Absolutely perfect service and body work. Lexus GX suffered rear bumper damage and Mike said it would take roughly 3 days for bumper replacement and paint. Not only did Mike and his team replace and paint the rear bumper perfectly in 3 days they also repaired a front fender rash without me asking for them to repair it...for no charge! Wow. Now that's going above and beyond for your customers. Highly recommend this body shop. True professionals with an outstanding front office service staff. Thank you.

The team did an amazing job with my vehicle and had it done on time. The car was freshly washed and detailed as well. The owner was so honest I had a slight overpayment of $159 I would've never known about. She called me a couple of days later and said, would you like to come for a refund or can we send you a check that was so honest and amazing and their attention to detail and work was so good. I would recommend their place to everyone for the quality of work and the integrity.

Our nearly new Toyota Tacoma was hit in the Lowe's Parking Lot while I was in the store - the right rear bumper was badly damaged. I'm not sure what was worse - the damage itself or that the driver of the other vehicle chose to leave the scene without any attempt to find me or leave a note. The one positive in the situation was our experience with Murrieta Auto Collision. The bottom line is the workmanship and repairs. We picked the truck up yesterday and it's perfect. It looks beautiful! Every other part of our experience was equally positive. Highly attentive and professional staff. I received an estimate within 20 minutes of my taking the vehicle in. The total cost was very reasonable. We're very grateful to Murrieta Auto Collision, and highly recommend them to any potential customer.
