I have lived here almost 10 years. Things break on occasion, and maintenance is on top of getting things taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is great, they make sure that this community is safe and that everyone is happy. They have started doing more events around holidays for the kids , which is nice. If there is ever a problem they address it quickly.

We applied a few months ago and they were very unprofessional. We were told that we would have an answer after max 48hours. A week later we still were without any news. They kept saying we didn't send them the papers they were asking while we actually did, and all the time were asking for more stuffs. They also were very rude, suggesting we were lying to them about how many people were going to be living. It's not really fair, if when you are visiting they give you a clear list of the papers that we need to apply, and the second you pay the application fee, they end up asking you for way more than what was said. I feel they only cared about getting that deposit and that's it.

i came with my brother noah and he jumped in the pool and broke his head. the staff just laughed and did nothing abt it. S M H

Stayed here for a year and they used all my deposit for cleaning. The place was emactulact. They said it was for paint. I have no kids and lived alone. The paint was not damaged whatsoever. I would recommend on a different place. Only gave 1 * because that was the lowestI could go.

Managements are very rude. No respect at all to residents. They charge you what ever they want to and what ever they think of. They don’t listen to you and your concerns. We moved in there when there was previous management. We left d/t unfair changes. They don’t care!

In case you didn't know they made deals with/threatened certain people to have their reviews removed from Yelp. Especially one that incriminates themselves and stalker. In effort to not be sued this is what this company does. Some were still visible. Murrieta Ghettos is now bribing their residents for good reviews. Oh and nothing is newly renovated and Helena is incredibly racist. I'm happy to post that evidence here as well. If this helps even one person avoid an incredible amount of trauma for themselves and their family it was worth it.

Another weekend. Another 2 consecutive days that the amenities that the tenants pay for are unavailable for use. The gym/pool are closed more often than they are open.

Ms. Helena and her entire staff go over and above to ensure that EVERYONE is taken care of here and that we follow the guidelines set forth in our rental agreements - ensuring a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere which isn't easy in a complex of this size - the maintenance crew are on top of things and work the entire day to ensure all of our needs have been met..a notice of violation is just that - letting u know that some clarification is needed - it's a simple stop in the office - have an adult conversation - it works wonders - RESPECT of others is meaningful..I have never had an issue and never been fined- why bcuz I took the time to have a meaningful adult conversation to clarify any issues that they have concerns about - not everyone will always like what they here of course - I have NEVER been disrespected in any way by Helena or her staff - ...and fyi when people move out they either leave there garbage inside that they don't wish to take when moving-anyone who has paid for trash service knows that large bull pickups have to b scheduled to b taken away - that's why there are large items including beds near dumpster areas - again patience works - As far as the gym and pool area goes of course it is locked - every tenant has a key - use it- imagine if the pool and gym remained unlocked during office hours and a child goes into either - an accident waiting to happen - just saying..Helena has taken on some tough issues in regards to surrounding neighbors in a professional and courteous manner without regard to race gender etc. Nuff said.
