5 stars for Mr. Jim today, even though he wasn't able to help us complete the transaction. He was very patient with all our questions, helpful as well as informative and explaining to us step by step what we needed to do. Everyone here has always been so friendly and helpful here, no issues or complaints thus far!

I frequently visit this Navy Federal Credit Union because of the short lines and pleasant employees. Every branch I've been to is always clean and tidy. I guess it depends on what day and time you go, but I learned long ago to avoid coming on paydays, lol. The lines can be horrendous, but if you can do your banking online or through the app, you'll save time and gas. Each time I have come here, I have always been greeted by the person sitting behind the desk at the front entrance. I've never encountered a rude employee. My transactions with the tellers have all been great. They are knowledgeable and speedy, getting people through the line quickly (if there is one). They offer services like any other bank, but their credit card interest rates are significantly lower than most others, which is always nice. I came the last two days in a row to handle some things with my accounts. I have been a member for years. I would like to give a huge shout out to Michelle, who helped me both days. She was very patient, kind, informative, and did not try to upsell anything on me. I always appreciate that. On my second visit, she even stayed a bit late past their 5:30 closing time to make sure I was satisfied and did not rush me out the door. Now THAT is stellar service!! If you happen to come to this branch and need to speak with someone (not just do a quick transaction with a teller), I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Michelle. She is wonderful, and I applaud her efforts going above and beyond for me! Thank you, Michelle!! =)

One of the workers named Shelly was very condescending and rude when I had an issue with my loan. I was met with a ton of attitude for no apparent reason. I would stay clear from this location.

Navy federal as a whole has been moving away from providing customer service that is meant to take care of their members. They provide minimal effort in everything they do, don't use common sense when even attempting to help, and seem to just read policy verbatim when working with members. I will be moving all my business elsewhere as their interest rates can now be beat many other places and their customer service is by far the lowest I've experienced anywhere.

Thomas helped us open an account today and if I didn't know better, I would have thought he owned the business. amount of professionalism, attentiveness to our questions and ability to answer every question so that we understood things clearly was over the top. If anyone is thinking of joining, make sure you ask for him because of how incredible the process was for us. I would highly recommend it.

NFCU has become ridiculous. They will make you wait 24 to 48 hours to deposit a cashier's check. That's the same as taking a payday loan off my cash. You guys have access to the funds and are able to distribute them to anyone you want , yet you hold it back from your customers. They also do this with regular checks, but for longer. There's no longer any customer service, but a self-serving bank. The bank manager was extraordinarily rude when explaining that they can't do anything about this. I've removed all of my personal cash and business accounts from this bank. You should do the same...

One of the worst locations tried while in town. Very rude unhelpful front line by door working 6/1 especially the Hispanic girl who talked so loud as if you were mikes away, wanted to make clear she only gave us documents cause she's required to & the guy with thick glasses that couldn't even find out a estimate time wait after already waiting 20 min. Left and came back a hour later to find one of the same customers still waiting! Lobby full of people waiting and three employees sitting at their desk with no customers doing nothing just confirmed my first experience here to stay away from. Business account or reference here, NO thanks! Report sent to notify headquarters and BBB

I filed fraud report, someone took over 20 thousand from, filed the police report, hell I was in jail when it happened. Navy Federal denied me, said I had two answer seven Questions... about my account... . Opened an account at another bank and fondled monies for damn near three years, Schools First, went in there with two goverment I D's they would not! Let me see my account .

Thank you to their manager Mike for helping me out when no other bank would even try. I appreciate your kindness and not just refusing to give me options. I was having trouble cashing a navy Federal check that I was issued the day prior for selling my motorcycle. I didn't realize they had made the check out to the name on the registration because I had not changed that over being I intended to sell it. My bank wouldn't touch the check even though they had record of my name change, other navy Federal branches offered no help at all just told me to get a new check issued but it was issued by navy Federal...but you won't help me. I was at a stand still. I went back to the bank and hour from my home where the transaction took place the day before with the buyer of the motorcycle. The manager found a solution for me instead of just turning me away. I thank you.

I've been banking here since I first got a card. I had my first issue when a deposit into the ATM didn't work and Kathy helped me get a report in after my initial report was denied and I got my money into my account! Super happy with the service here I've never had any issues unresolved!

I've bank with Navy Fed for 16 years . I love the atmosphere every branch I've visited . Everyone is so polite , they greet and smile at you and ask what is the reason for your visit . I definitely recommend this location.
