Great place to live. Apartment has everything you want. Grounds kept up good. Maintenance. In our apartments is wonderful. They work fast and in a timely manner. A very safe place to live.

I live across from this place which all day every day me and my family have these people watch my dad mow his lawn and watching my sister walking her dog thinking she stole it and me when ever I go outside they start saying stuff about me like they know me , in my opinion I think whatever meds these people are o they need to lower what they take or they need to give these old people something to do , I can be siting in my room having these people sit the watching my family like we are doing wrong , we’ve live here to long and we are just liven are life

I feel this is a safe place to live for a senior. I've been here 4 years, and love it. The grounds are well kept along with the amenities here. I would highly recommend Amanda Park, to any senior looking for a place to live.

Speed bumps are throughout the this apartment complex! People are always trying to driving fast! If you have a family member living here and there paying rent and they don't have a car, they will take your parking spot away from you, and they won't lower your rent! I think that's dirty pool, but places are crooked these days! It also seems like they never fix anything! This is a senior apartment, and the rent is very high, for as run down as it appears to be.
