Would not allow me, the owner of a business that rented a mailbox access to the mailbox since an employee opened the account. Also, the owner of this place would not identify himself as such. Well, I'll see you in court, and I'll post results after the verdict. Shameful business owner!

I used to come here regularly to just drop off packages. Simply put them in the outgoing box, and left. Now when I go in, they want me to put all my personal information into a Kiosk and scan the packages in myself. I don’t work for yall. Don’t try to make me work for yall for free and do your job. I will never come here again because, why would I at this point? There are so many post office drop offs that don’t make you do the most.

This Postal Annex on California Oaks is top notch. Professional courteous service, prompt and fastidious. I'll definitely be returning here to mail packages. Very convenient and close to Albertson's and the 15 Freeway. Joe assisted me and he was great. Very professional.

Aaron was incredibly patient and helpful. They opened 15 minutes early for us, notarized a huge stack of documents first thing in the morning, and was very helpful in explaining the process. Great customer service. Definitely recommend them and the store.

LIFESAVERS! I called yesterday to check if they had a notary on site this weekend since I need to travel internationally Sunday for my grandmothers services and need my husband to give me a notarized consent form to travel with our toddler. I was relieved when Joe advised me they ALWAYS have a notary on site. Joe and Aaron both assisted us with documents that needed to be printed and Aaron notarized our travel consent form. They were both very friendly and willing to answer our questions. Process was fast and fees were very reasonable. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

I had the unfortunate occurrence of losing my passport within 2 weeks of international travel, and bidding for an appointment at the passport agency by calling over and over again was making the situation more dim. This postal annex had the capability to express expedite my passport application, work with a third party to hand-deliver my passport application to the agency, and get it back to me within "7-10 business days". I was able to send my certified application on 4/19 (certified at the post office) and got the call this morning (4/27) that my new passport had arrived!!! They made the process seamless and updated me throughout. I'm now set for my trip and anxiety-free! Thank you again!!!

Notary guy tried to get me to sign a document he knew I didn’t need to sign to get more signatures and make more money. No personality and horrible customer service from the notary guy. Date was 2/5/2022 at 1:00. Clerk at front desk was awesome.

I have been here a handful of times needing their live scan service. I'm so pleased that there is no appointment necessary and I have always been helped right away. The customer service is so wonderful there, I go out of my way for other services like sending packages or dropping off mail. They have EARNED my business .

I wish that I never stepped foot in this place! It went from shipping a package to a complete nightmare. I'm really disappointed with the service and employees here at this postal annex. I shipped out a package with them to a sick family member and paid over 100 dollars for express shipping the package is now not only late but not being able to be delivered. These people are telling me I can't get my money back even though the employee specifically told me numerous times when I was shipping out this package, that I would get my money back guaranteed if anything happened to it. Why aren't they complying with their policy? I've come in twice with my receipt to get this issue resolved and both times I've not been helped. I'm very upset and I just want to be helped the correct way. Kimberly gave me no answers and basically told me it's not their problem, it's mine to figure out. She even refused to give me her bosses name or information and when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager (what a coincidence). All she could do for me was give me the dhl number with no help and no answers. I can find the dhl number online, I didn't need her to give it to me but that's all she said she could do for me. When I asked her why the employee didn't tell me any of this information before she said he "didn't know" what kind of place doesn't have their employees trained to give out correct information when they are providing a service that we have to pay for?? Word of advice, Don't ship out with this place. They'll tell you one thing and then change their minds and rules later!! I can't describe how frustrated I am with this company and these employees.
