Wanted to upgrade to a bigger storage unit never opened the unit or even broke the plastic seal was still charged the full month no refund just a nope we cant do that sorry! But we can start with a new unit there is no human connection no sympathy no understanding I never stepped foot in the unit and was charged a full month to upgrade to bigger unit doesn't seem fair or ethical but company knows we need the service

AMBER and Aaron are always just amazing with their customer service skills. The place is always clean and organized. I love the set up! I don’t ever feel unsafe to go at night. Plenty of lighting everywhere. Whenever there is a concern or an issue, they take care of it right away. Today I had a concern regarding my account and AMBER handled it immediately. So professional and respectful, yet always with a happy, helpful demeanor. She always goes above and beyond without a second thought to it. Thank you so much! I love my Public Storage! Edit: Kiara and Chanel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with any issues that needed to be resolved. They are very professional yet super friendly and easy to speak to. Great personalities. They have lots of skills in figuring out whatever you need for your storage needs. Thank you so much girls

I've been renting a storage space here for about 5 months and signed up during the get your first month rent for $1 special which we never got. Our first months rent started at $30, and then the next month was $47 and then the next month was $86 and then the next two months were $74 and now for next month they want $94 and absolutely NO ONE answers the phone at this location or returns my phone calls. I need someone to reach out and tell me why my rent has increased every month WITHOUT 30 days notice which is illegal.
