VERIFY YOUR LOCATION. The labs are across the parking lot from one another and Google Maps sent me to the wrong location.
No one up front to assist if you are having issues or at the wrong location. Took me 10 minutes to attempt to check in and talk to a person. But the time I went to the correct location my appointment time had passed and they couldn’t accommodate my FASTING child.
Suggestion for Quest Corporate - if your patients check in at the wrong location- maybe display a warning at the kiosk so no time is wasted

Make an appointment at all times if possible I hardly ever had to wait more than a few minutes. I go to the Quest in the WLsh building Murrieta they are very kind there.

Previous visits to Quest were very good regarding the skill of the technician actually taking the blood samples. On my most recent occasion for some reason the blood draw was the most painful I have experienced in the last 15 years and I am left with a significant bruise at the spot of the needle insertion. Sample rooms are somewhat dingy and do not inspire confidence of sterility. Please note that no ill effects other than the above mentioned discomfort were experienced.

I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the phlebotomist, drew blood on June 12, at 8 am; cubicle #4.
She poked the thick needle horizontally into my prominent, visible vein. The edge of the needle came out at the other end of the vein. I screamed out of pain. See attached photo.
Management staff, please do take action to train her adequately to prevent this NEGLIGENCE.
I decided NOT to go to Quest, 25405 Hancock Ave, Murrieta.

Scheduled appointments were seen first which was convenient due to other commitments. Efficient, well trained, and hard working people. I always go to Quest on Clinton Keith Road.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Showed up to my appointment 10 Min prior. The time of my appt was at 11 am. The entire waiting area was packed! I did not get seen until 12:30 PM. Would not recommend QUEST. This has already happened at two different locations. It must be the norm on how they operate.

I had an appointment at 10am- I checked in (which btw, the entire lobby inside was filled and people were even standing without seats), setup my phone number to get texted, etc.
Luckily I left after 30 minutes because I didn't get a text until 11:30am- an HOUR AND A HALF after my scheduled appointment time.
I would never go here if you have any concern for your time.

Anna was very helpful and used common sense when I didn't have my request with me. She recommended that she assist others while I contact my doctor for the form. Very productive outlook to keep the process moving.

Worst place I have ever been to get blood work done. 11:30 appointment, check in 10 minutes early, waited until 12:00 and left. Received message at 1:28 for me to enter waiting room and would be called soon. What a joke. Lab Corp only place I will be going from now on.
