Worst place to do business with. I financed a nice car from them a few years ago. Was a great car and Rosie is excellent and make everything right for you. Have a second car I’m about to pay off and requested the payoff sheet / balance due yesterday and some rude girl named Gabby REFUSED to provide me with any documentation because I’m behind by 2 payments. I explained to her I can get caught up but lost a high paying job recently and have mounting med bills due to a new cancer diagnosis. She treated me like I was a criminal and also refused to help me get the copy of the title that I was promised 2 years ago after I bought the car. Today I call again but Rosie was not available. Another rude girl started yelling at me on the phone while I was trying to tell her I’m about to make payment to get caught up. She refused to listen to what I was telling her and for some reason went off on me big time. STAY AWAY. This place is a total ghetto.

Horrible experience! We bought a 2007 Honda Accord, and we are having issues getting our tags and license plate. My wife got pulled over by the cops due to the Licence plate not matching the vehicle!!! We waited forever to receive our tags which we paid for during the initial purchase of the car, and still have not received them a year later. The license plate on the vehicle belongs to a Tesla, the cop said, which looks to be still leased, so hopefully, we can fix the issue with the DMV, but as of right now, we are out of being able to use the car. This was my wife’s daily driver to work and pick up kids from school. Now we have to share one car for the whole family of 6. Also, when we first purchased the car, it had oil leaking, which they promised us was from another vehicle that was parked there previously in the same spot. They supposedly “checked” it, and all was fine. But NOPE care still leaks oil! HORRIBLE!!! Of course, we have tried to reach out to them, but they MOVED LOCATIONS, and the new owner has no idea where they went! We will be taking legal action to get this resolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! BEWARE!!!

I meant to write this review a long time ago after I bought my car from R&D Auto Sales, but I guess even better now a year later because the car I bought from them still runs great! They did a lot of extra paperwork for me since I bought the car through a program through Jewish Family Services. My friend’s mom bought a car the same week and we still both love our cars! Thanks for a great experience and selling quality vehicles at a good price!

The young man that helped me was very nice , but the older 65 year old senior citizen female that helped me with the paperwork , is the reason why I'm giving 2 instead of 5 stars . She was very unprofessional.

Was very skeptical about purchasing a used car from a small dealership. But from beginning to end the customer service level was GREAT. We were looking to purchase a car for our 17 yr old son. My son found the car online at R&D. However, after meeting a few people selling cars online & seeing them in person the pictures were totally altered. So I was even more sketchy and was just ready to go to a big name lot. BUT we decided to give them a try. I called prior to schedule an appointment. Once we got there we were greeted by the owner Sam & his son Sam Jr. The car was very clean inside, looked exactly like the pictures & they provided the carfax. We were able to take it out for a test drive. Once out we noticed the back passenger window didn't roll down & the drivers sun visor was missing. When returning we discussed both things with the owner and he fixed & replaced. On top of that he installed a new battery for my son. The battery made up for the outside of the car not being washed & a full tank of gas. R&D for sure changed my outlook on small used car dealerships.
