Third time in two weeks that the Deli worker is too over worked doing prepping to help clients looking for expensive slices meats.....Never again, there is too much competition in this grocery store world! Sorry but I really don't want to waste my time while deli guy is bagging 12 chicken and he's on number 3 ! Then I get to checkout and get to deal with a dirty conveyer belt! During Covid it got wiped after every client? Went to management expressed the frustration and got look? You know the look? In one ear out the other!

The worst meat section in the entire valley. Absolutely poorest choice to go if you need to feed your family not because of the price but because of the quality. Feels like management doesn't care and all they are worried about is their bottom line.

Let me paint the scene for you... it's roughly 8:00am, on a Tuesday morning. Though the store is quiet, the high school kids are still hanging around. I had already gotten my things, and walked up to an empty line. No cashier. Everyone else was utilizing the self check out, and a woman over in that area was managing all the customers. Sitting for a moment and realizing no one was coming, I took my items to the self checkout. (there are 33 items) Trying to manage all 33 items on the check out area was far more difficult than I thought, and I was left doing a balancing act as I held part of the baggage so it would still register, while still being able to pile all the food on top of the tiny space given. Pretty proud of myself, I continue on when suddenly a Ralph's check out lady comes to let me know that I should have utilized the check stand open to guests. I explain that nobody came and she explains to me that I should unload my stuff and wait for somebody to come and show up. She also mentions that they come to the light. Again, I explain that I was standing there nobody came, and so I came to do it myself, not to mention I am on a time limit, and she frowned, forcing me to apologize for trying to check my own items out. At one point, (and likely because there was 33 items in my purchase) it sends an alarm stating that I need help. Again the woman comes and asks me if I had correctly bagged my items, to which I agree that I think I have. She insists that I should have used the other lane, with the ghost cashier again, and then realizes that I don't have a Ralph's card, and leaves to go get one. A few minutes later, she returns and insists that I cannot fill the card out at home, and must stay longer in order to receive the discounts she so badly wants me to have. After filling out payment paperwork, and making the purchase, she asks me if I have enough bags, I acknowledge that I don't, and she insists I pay for two additional bags.. twenty cents. I agree and get my card out, and she again insists I should have gone to the check out line, because she does not think that I will be able to make a purchase on my card that small.. accepting defeat, I begin to tell her that I will shove all my purchases into the already purchased bags, so that I don't need to further hold the line, it is only then that she decides that I can have the bags, and go, but not before she reminds me TO GO TO THE EMPTY CHECK OUT LINE TO BE CHECKED OUT NEXT TIME... I GOT IT!!!! GO STAND IN AN EMPTY ISLE LIKE AN IDIOT WHILE EVERYONE ELSE THINKS IM BEING RUDE, SO THAT A MAGIC PERSON WILL COME AND BAG FOR ME.... If you don't want me bagging my stuff, put a cashier in the line you want me to be in. If you don't want me miscounting bags, put a bagger in the line to bag for me. Get a grip Ralph's. Your customer service sucks..

Is this supposed to be a large potato wedge portion? Also it says two large sides on the 8 piece chicken meal but apparently some of the sides are not included, although it's not posted anywhere

I would give a ZERO if I had the ability. Total incompetence abounds. Unreal. I was buying a gift card for Christmas for $300 & was rung up for $30. O Themanager got involved, charged me the other $270 & it still wasn’t reflected on card, or discovered until after gift was given.So I’m calling to get this resolved and told that I have to call the number on the back of the card or the bottom of the receipt and I do that and then I’m told that I need to contact the store. I do that and it’s another song and dance.I’ve called at least five or six times and finally get someone to answer the phone. They need more information so I have to call back and I called seven times and it rings for two to three minutes and NO ONE answers the phone! So I call the meat department to get to the manager, nothing. I call back and the meat department says stop calling here and hangs up on me.Rude, incompetent, can’t even answer the phone & trying to send information via email and given an invalid address. Clearly, under poor management and this whole thing is ridiculous. Hours wasted, still not resolved because of the fateful day I walked into THIS store. Save yourself the frustration…shop elsewhere.

I've been using this Pharmacy for over 15 years. Today is the first day I've ever had somebody give me attitude saying I need to call the day of my prescriptions to tell them to do their jobs and fill my prescriptions and when I told them that's garbage customer service I was hung up on. I needed a reason to move my prescriptions closer since it's a 40 minute drive for me to go here I just always like the people that worked at this pharmacy so that's where I went Costco's cheaper anyways. I'm on customer service, and less on inconveniences. I said I needed a reason to change I just found one

Hi prices, over worked rude employees like Kevin M, and fake discounts - I live so close but it’s so worth it to go a little further to Barron’s, Stater Bros, even Wal Mart is better than this unorganized Ralph’s store. There are so many bigger businesses waiting to come in. It’s only a matter of time before this chaos closes.

While I was looking at which pickles to get by the deli side, Amanda was so nice she asked if I needed help and my bf said do you guys have samples lol and she froze and said you know what we do have some I can get from the back but we told her no thank you and that it was very nice of her to Offer us a sample! We ended up getting one that she liked and yes the pickles were so good.. it's a busy week hint Thanksgiving is next week they had lots of sales going on... the store was nice and packed with so many things to buy.. the store was nice and clean bright once we checked out our cashier lady was also very helpful and nice .... We left and once we got home we noticed that we missed some items at the store couple cans of tomatoes soup and chili's.. my boyfriend ended up going back he took he's receipt and he said the lady of course remembered him and she was holding on to our cans at the register :)
