I have been to this location multiple times this year for vaccines. The pharmacist and staff is very helpful and accommodating. One time I was on my way in for an OB appt and I only had 10 mins to spare, and they gave me both my covid and my flu shot right away so I could make my appt on time. Another time they put a vaccine on hold for me and called my insurance to get it covered. I am very impressed with their customer service and expertise. 10/10 would recommend this pharmacy!

My doctor whose office is in the same building as the pharmacy recommended that I get the prescriptions needed after my surgery from Rancho Springs Outpatient. I filled a couple through my usual pharmacy because I felt that my insurance would keep the cost reasonable. When my regular pharmacy called to let me know they had my prescription, they told me my copay would be $75. When I spoke with Rancho Springs, she used coupons and avoided my insurance carrier and was able to get it for me for $61. I'm convinced. I'll be taking more prescriptions to Rancho Springs Outpatient for the prices and the cordial people who work with the patient.

Had a problem with my insurance/Medicare for a RX renewal. Doctor prescribed something else that was basically the same thing. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very nice pharmacist and staff.

I highly recommend Rancho Spring out patient pharmacy! I love that when I go in they know exactly who I am and they treat me with respect. David always takes care of any insurance issues. Paul always has the best jokes and both Melissa and Michelle are the sweetest girls who don't hesitate to get ahold of my doctors when needed. This pharmacy truly treats their customers like family. These people go above and beyond and don't get the recognition they deserve.

This was my first time visiting this location since my Dr. recommemded it because I mentioned being unhappy with my current Rx. Feom checking in to picking up my prescription the entire process was seamless. They provided great customer service and the prescription was ready in 10 minutes. Would recommend .

Love these guys!!! I was referred to this pharmacy after trying to deal with CVS to get migraine meds. After talking to Michelle I switched all of mine and my husbands prescriptions to this place. They are friendly, helpful, quick, and magic with insurance companies. Definitely check them out for all of your pharmacy needs.

Paul the owner and pharmacist isnt too nice. He is very rushed and doesn't take his time explaining medications! I came here to get my mom's medication and the process was long and Paul seemed rude. Do yourself a favor and try other independent pharmacies, not going here again!

We've been using this pharmacy for years. At first, everything was good. However, over the last two months, this pharmacist, Paul, has not been able to fill my pain medications on time. He claims his distributor is not shipping the proper quantities, and I've had to wait weeks to get two different pain medications, causing me to suffer through the medications withdrawals. If you have to fill pain meds, I would definitely recommend you not fill here, because you might not get them when you need them.
