So far it's been nice. Yesterday I witnessed the housekeeping stuff cleaning the walls /wall paper with a solution that gives off a very pleasant smell.

When we checked in the two young ladies that helped us were extremely nice!!!! We asked for a few places to go and they were very knowledgeable about the businesses around the area for us to visit. Your staff is amazing!!!!

2/3/2024What a great spot to stay when visiting Temecula. Rochelle at the reception area was wonderful and provided stellar customer service. The building is very well maintained and clean, and the location is close to front street and the wineries. I highly recommend this location as do I the Marriott Bonvouy Credit Card where you can gain points for purchases and stay for free at Marriott brand hotels.Highly recommended.Previous visitWhat a fantastic place to stay when visiting Temecula. A very well-appointed hotel with many amenities. The rooms are spacious and like new with a very efficient design. The Marriott Bonvouy card is a plus as you can build points on purchases and stays to get free stays, etc. Nice kitchens and comfy beds. Breakfast, nice mini mart, pool, and other nice features. Close to Old Town.Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice, and the service was great, but they were allowing an outdoor party during the evening hours that was super loud. After traveling and working all day I just want to relax.. but instead heard the loud thumping until 10 pm. But they were nice enough to let me move rooms

When we arrived at this location we were expecting it to be packed as it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. Instead we found a hotel with nice amenities, although we did not really use them due to timing. The crowd being lighter and loyalty to the brand gave us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite with a living room area along with the kitchen. It was very nice as we were without a car, so some friends came to visit us. There was a nice view of the foothills from the large bathroom and from the bedroom. All of the staff was friendly and there is a small store with ice cream to microwaveable meals. Walmart is also across the road for those with a vehicle, or capable of a longer trek. Being located in a more accessible city meant when their was a glitch with our ride to Ontario airport, we were able to easily get Lyft to take us. All of the usual service places from InstaCart to GrubHub, along with some local places offering their own delivery are around. Let's not forget, In-n-Out is also very close so your fries are not cold by the time you get back to the hotel. Everything was newer, clean, lots of plugs for gadgets and gizmos, and quiter than we were expecting. We would definitely stay here again. All of the s tree staff were fantastic as a bonus.Noteworthy details: Downtown Murrieta is not far away. We went to The Mill restaurant and highly recommend it. The whole Old Town area is cute, with lots to check out. It is also freeway close to many of the surrounding communities and going to Ontario versus LAX was definitely an advantage.

We've been here for quite awhile due to water damage in home, they do a great job here. We did have an unfortunate incident where the whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke almost 3 days in a row, I know that's out of the staffs hands at that point, but they were prompt to send a cleaning crew and security out to rectify the issue when we called the front desk .

We are visiting the area to see some friends and this hotel is well located. The room is a kind of extended stay with fridge, a kitchen sink, microwave and even a dishwasher. I could live here for a while. Everything looks and smells clean. There are many shops in the area, including a Walmart across the street. Parking is outside, there is no garage. I would recommend.Rooms: Exceptionally clean.Nearby activities: Many shops nearby, restaurants, a Walmart and a Target.Noteworthy details: Wifi and a modest grab-and-go breakfast are available complementary.

No complaints..great location, water temp and pressure were perfect. Grab and Go only for breakfast but with so many food options close that was no big deal to my family.

This place is great. Rooms are really quiet, better than any Marriott property I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot. Also they don’t have plastic cups in the room, only glass, which I really appreciate. And the bed was comfortable! Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

This hotel is right across the street from Walmart very close to Rt15. Check in was simple. Our room was spacious and the staff was accommodating to our special requests. Plenty of parking, we could see our vehicle from our window which was nice. I only gave 3 stars because of the breakfast. Only muffins and fruit you pick up at the front desk. I expect this from an Econo Lodge, but not a Marriott. My only guess is they were too lazy or cheap to return to a full breakfast like literally everyplace else. They should have offered a 5% discount for their lack of breakfast. You don’t pay well over $100 for a muffin. It’s a nice facility and I recommend it for a good nights sleep, but be aware of its limitations.

Our stay here was nice. The room was clean, and the area was quiet. We had a peaceful night. The employee that was checking us out was not very friendly. We asked for a receipt at check out, and she questioned why we needed one. Other than that, we'd stay there again.

Terrible beds, bad TV's, forced fo stay here for two months. Cramped rooms, fridge barely operates, wifi is constantly down. No breakfast, instead a ghetto grab n go with moist packaged muffins that are half moldy and it sucks. I hate it so much. Room service barely does their job and the people around me are inconsiderate as you can hear people speak, step, and yell through paperthin walls. I've listened to people watch movies while trying to sleep or outright hear gross moaning.Go to other hotels please. This place isn't habitable- I's rather be sleeping in a car
