I actually love this store until yesterday. I did scan and go and I buy the same items regularly so my phone suggested I use it on an item I forgot I even needed. I clicked on scan item thinking that scanned it and put it in my cart on top . Then she scanned the top item saying that's not scanned and treated it like I was trying to steal it ( literally a box of sugar alternative) I honestly thought it was scanned because I saw it in my cart after pushing scan this item so I'm clueless what happened or how it was removed from my cart , but she completely ignored me as I showed her where I scanned on the suggested items as she scanned everything in my cart . That part I don't care about, but ignoring me and making me look like I'm trying to steal something right up on top is just rude and dumb . They should learn how scan and go works and the fact that while you're in store your app Will suggest items you buy and give you an option to scan that item before you even go get it . I will be back obviously, but I won't ever use the suggested items option again because that was embarrassing!

I wanted to thank Sam's Club for finally resolving the problem of getting my card, picked it up, with a kind $25 gift card ( way of saying sorry) spent another $300.00 on stuff. Good ploy. Lol.I thank Mr. Nugent of Murrieta club kgr.bwho jumped to resolve a situation that should never had come to this. I do like this club & hope no more problems... TOTALLY REGRET OPENING A CARD AT THIS PLACE. DONT OPEN ONE.I open a card months ago and I cannot find anyone to actually give me my card to drop place is a real joke no email every single time I try and email to them it comes back saying this is not available so if you really want to be held back pay your money for nothing go ahead and try your luck it hasn't worked for me and some of the reviews I read the place is horrible I'm back at Smart and Final again they are good price I've been in Sam's Club few times with other people I like the place that's why I open the card but it seems like I just can't get in there to buy stuff for my business I really regret opening a card I cannot use so take my advice and stay away from me Sam's Club

Today I will Yelp how there should be more than one person here at the Member services counter. The fact that I have been waiting 10 minutes and the service clerk had not acknowledged me is frustrating. I just need a temporary card so I can hurry and buy somecandy and get home. This is upsetting, I even kindly asked her if she could perhaps call someone to come help and she had a look on her face and then continued to help the people she was helping. If I could put no stars I would. We are going on 15min now and no one is late has come to help. Smh.

i was dying for a pizza combo on this Sunday so I go to Sam's Club to the Sam's Club café and I ordered a pizza in the icy and I come back and I ready to eat my pizza and there's a burnt here on my pizza. That is very disgusting and I almost threw up on the spot that's very disappointing.

Do not do a pickup order. You will wait forever! Nice idea, but they cannot keep up. I waited 40 minutes. I could have shopped in that amount of time. Lesson learned.

Did a pick up order. Got the message my order was ready. Checked in at 3pm at one of the pick up parking spots. 40 min later they knocked on my window to say they thought someone already took care of my order but no one did. They apologized and said they would get it now

Always a great experience at Sam's club. Meat has had some great prices recently. This particular place has EV parking as a bonus. And inside is always super clean and spacious. The only issue is that the food area is too close to the check out area and seems to be where the bottle neck is. If the food line is long it can be a challenge making a quick scan and go exit. Quick tip: download the app and use scan and go if you haven't already done so. Saves tons of time.

Sam's club is actually incredible? I bought an annual membership for $25 from Groupon. I basically wanted to see what Sam's Club was all about. I was expecting a glorified "Walmart" experience but all I saw were strong Costco and Costco Business vibes. It's amazing what a "pay wall" will do to change a user experience.Seven truths about Sam's Club. 1. Everything here is also found at both Costco and Costco Business. Packaging and brand names may be different but the products are the same. 2. Diversity of products here is so much deeper than Costco. Costco may only have one option for a cell phone charger but you might five options here.3. Liquor selection is more approachable here. Better variety of smaller liquor bottles and options.4. Their bakery is on par with Coatco but again more options. While it's true that maybe the Costco items are more visually appealing.5. The one area where Costco crushes it is with clothing. 6. Sam's Rotisserie chicken is a big deal. Expect lines. 7. Cheap food court and cheap gass, just like Costco.At this time I think Sam's Club makes a great supplement to Costco. If they ever expended their clothing lines I'd consider switching exclusively.

I enjoy Sam's club and the various items they have to offer. They have really good Mac N Cheese and if you go at the right time, they aren't busy. They have an amazing scan n go option and it takes a lot of pressure of the shopping shenanigans especially when you got little ones with you. I have to praise Sam's club because they have so many things to choose from. They even have my favorite beef jerky. Something I'd normally or use to get at a gas station, the spicy beef jerky and they have bags of them there for a really great deal. Great stuff Sam's club!

Love the self mobile phone checkout for Sam's Plus members it makes it so easy to shop and go. The service today was good as I had to do a return and as always no questions asked and provided the refund. Was proud that our bill "only" came out to $80! Came to only buy a few things but you know how that goes. I noticed today that the shelves were pretty stacked properly from replenishing for the holiday weekend. I like this location because it's not too crazy with customers although the gas lines can get long. The bakery, I believe, has the best hoagie rolls in town! They are always fresh and make a great sandwich.

Never....ever.....order delivery from this store !! Order placed for delivery on Tuesday and it is now Thursday night and our times are still not here ! I have talked to no less than 10 people, including managers and no resolution. They use 3rd party drivers ? and no one wants to take responsibility ! This was a 200 dollar order

I had a pick up order which was to be completed between 2p-3p. I got here a little after 2p. My order wasn't ready so, I went in a bought a few items not on my order. Some "were" frozen. I waited until 3;48 and my order is still not ready. After being on hold off and on fro 15 minutes, I cancelled my pick up order. I'm very disappointed. If they are running late, they should notify the customer.

Today I went into Sam's Club, my experience was less than stellar. There were way too many self checkout stands and somehow the girl who was "helping" was a little bit too happy about watching people, struggle and teaching them how to check out themselves. Like she was training future workers of Sam's Club, and the joke was they weren't gonna get paid. Lol The guy that was delivering the pick up orders actually told me "in the future do not park in the pick up spots" wait, what? why not ask me if I need help with my order. All because he saw I had a cart and thought I was just in there shopping. I asked him three times if he thought that I was just there shopping and then explained to him that I had to go in because my order wasn't ready in the time it was supposed to be. Then he actually check to see what time I checked in as if io verify I was telling the truth. WTH I tell you I long for the days when people were courteous and helpful. I remember the days when we had cashiers some pleasant some not but I never felt like I was in training to become a worker.
