Bloody roasted chicken and molded cheese in one visit! Gross! They need to practice better food handling. Someone could get sick.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes with my 2 yo, wet from the rain only to get to the line and be told I cannot receive a refund for an item I was charged for and never received. I was told "my manager says I cannot do this and we need to do an inventory count" . She told me they would call me within "a few days" then said they would "call me tomorrow" . I never received a call at all. We all know Costco would never do this. I also was double charged at the scan and go for $900 in November. I've opened up a claim twice, including receipts and bank statements, and still have not reached a resolution 5 months later. There was an issue using my linked Sam's club credit card, and it said the purchase could not be completed, so I used a different card, a visa. My receipt showed the charged to my visa. But my Sam's account also charged me another $900.

The customer service at this location is terrible. Every time that I go into this warehouse I utilize self check. I have noticed that an employee always approaches and stands at my register and watch me as I scan the items. This happens every time that I shop at this location.... Which is by the way every other Friday. I am African-American and I noticed that when a member who is Caucasian, Hispanic or other ethnicity is in line, no one bothers them at all. I even did an experiment and had a couple of other African-American friends of mine who have a membership utilize the self check option to see if this would also happen to them. And indeed it did. I am not sure if this is a warehouse policy lol or if their employees just need to be educated. Nonetheless, this is an unacceptable practice that needs to be addressed.

I like the fact I can scan and go and skip the lines to pay for my items. Makes it fast and easy. You can also do this for the food court area, but it still takes a long time to get your order. Plus, some people who work there are not very nice. I understand it's busy, but if you don't like your job, then maybe you should look for another one.

Thank you to that gentleman from the tire shop who helped me with my 50lns bag of rice to which I was struggling to get it into my vehicle. With my heavy orders, I will do a pick up next time and use my membership wisely.

I've been going there for 5 years it's very clean and a lot of option to choose from I think no matter what everybody said Sam's club have the better price special on lunch meats cheese and other stuff it's cheaper then small markets I love to go Sam's club and I wish the price is still the same not like other places take advantage

The women at member services are rude and unprofessional. We stood in a very long line for almost 30 minutes while they took their time and when we got to the front the lady decided to take several phone calls rather than even acknowledge our presence. And when we were leaving we got yelled at by them for walking out the front door rather than going all the way around their wall and going out the exit.

I was trying to buy tires for my car & was told to show up the following morning when they open to have them installed. When I showed up in the morning I was told that they can't install my tires & that I would have to come a different day. My tires were in stock and I followed their directions about coming in the morning. This is bad customer service.

Their drive up pick up sucks. Be ready to wait 40 minutes to an hour once you arrive at your scheduled time. Oh yea and when you pick a specific time to pick up your order will not be ready.

Canceled my membership and was told I should get a credit since I cancelled early. The membership was charged to my Sam's credit card, bottom line I got the run around from both Sam's Membership customer service and Sam's Synchrony Card . No credit back to my credit card or from Sam's.

Clean facility and very helpful staff. Also I used to avoid these big box stores because of the lines but with scan n go I'm able to shop see what I'm spending and leave without standing in line for the register.
