I'd highly suggest you avoid this dry cleaning business. Their prices are beyond outrageous, more than double the cost of other local cleaners, and their turn around times are insanity slow, 5-7 times slower than other cleaners right by him. We live right by them so I thought I'd give them a try. I sent my son in to ask the price to have his high school ROTC shirt and pants dry cleaned. My son asked him then came outside to verify the cost was ok. He told me $8.75 so I said fine. Same price as down the street and he's closer, this will work. So he goes back inside to pay with my ATM card and the guy charges him $18.75. My son comes out to give me the receipt and I'm like, ohhh Hell NO !!! Why would I pay that price when a half mile down the road they are less than half the price for same day service. The owner was not happy as he told me that he told my son $18.75, which he very well could have & probably did. However, he was wearing a thick mask which muffled his already very thick Asian accent making it difficult to understand him. So ya I can definitely see how the misunderstanding took place. He did end up refunding me most of the money as I kinda demanded it while telling him his cost were way too high and totally out of touch with other local business prices, which is true! He was visibly shaking and struggling with the refund, you could tell he was very upset which he made clear by how he was speaking to me as well about what he told my son. Then he made a bit of a fit about the .50$ cent atm fee asking me who was going to cover that. I told him to keep it, I don't care! Just refund me the $18.25 he wanted to charge for my sons shirt and pants, which he would not be able to have ready till next week! That in itself is not ok. Does not take a week to dry lean a shirt and pants, especially at that price! In the end he told me to have a nice day, as I said the same back to him.We then drove a minute down the road to where we usually go and paid a more reasonable $9.00 to have it done and ready tomorrow. So less than half the price and ready in less than 24 hours instead of one week as this location was offering. We will stick with Capri Cleaners on Murrieta Hot Springs road. The only reason I thought we'd try this guy was due to location. He's tucked back in a corner in a low traffic shopping center by fitness19 and I thought it would be nice to support a neighborhood business with little exposure. But not at double the price, and such a ridiculously slow turnaround time. If you're looking for a dry cleaner, unfortunately for this business I'd highly suggest skipping this particular business and head down the street to Capri. Like I said half the price with either same day or 1 day turn around (depending upon when you drop it off) instead of a week like this guy offers. Unfortunately for him he's going to kill his own business due to his not so friendly attitude, how he's running it, and insanely high pricing. Included two photos to show the price difference. Receipt of my refund minus the .50$ atm fee he charges. Then receipt from Capris down the street for a flat $9.00 who does not charge an atm fee like "Second Chance Cleaners" does.

I rarely go to the cleaners but I wanted to have my daughter take her dress to get cleaned for a wedding she was going to, I told her she should go to this cleaners because it was convenient and she could drop it off after work. She told the owner if he could have it ready by Thursday, this was a Monday she was dropping off her dress. He said yes for 37.00, my daughter thought that was very expensive but thought it was because the time she asked for the dress to be ready? Plain straight dress below the knee no sleeves, not any special material...for $37.00 WOW!! I personally went back the next day and complained of the price and he said "if you don't like it take it somewhere else, I can charge whatever I want!! " This was the owner, this man did not care to keep us as future customers. I called Capri Cleaners (accross the street) and they said they had a coupon for 3.99 to clean my daughters dress, this was a huge difference. I try to support our local businesses but they also need to appreciate us. It's Capri Cleaners from now on.

I don't leave many reviews but I felt this was such bad business and want others to know before they use this place for cleaning their items. I brought in my comforter to be washed, he charged me $45 dollars. Which was fine. I picked up my comfortable wrapped in plastic brought it home and opened it up and the comforter was completely ruined. I brought it back in and he decided instead of being honest.. tell me that's how I brought it in.. that it was already ruined. It was a brand new comforter! And he completely lied. And it was ruined, there was no fixing it. I could have asked them to credit me for having to go buy another comforter for $200+ but instead I asked that he just refund me for the cost of paying for the cleaning which was $45.00. He wouldn't even do that. So now I paid $45 to get my very nice comforter ruined .. and now have to go buy a whole new comforter and throw this out. Im very bummed this is how they handled the situation. HORRIBLE way of doing business. Do not reccomend this establishment .

Hours of operation are not as depicted on the Yelp hours portion. 7am-7pm is not there current operational hours. Printed and taped sign on the door states 10am-4pm. Let's do better at updating this site and I hold the business owners responsible for providing the most up to date information as possible.

Name should be "Clean you Out Cleaners!"How in the world could you possibly charge $60 to launder-not dry clean-but launder a comforter with no special fabrics.A laundromat wash would be $5 at the most and this company charges us $60. When we confronted him he clearly realised that we caught him in this overprice game but of course we had already paid in advance. Avoid at all costs!!!The owner said "Hey Take it somewhere Else" and I recommend that everyone does!!!No room in my heart or life for Rip Off pay in advance businesses!!!

I have been a customer here for many years however it’s been about a year since I’ve been back and this time I had 10 button ups I needed dry cleaned but the owner informs me that I need to “PAY IN ADVANCED” which I have never done before but I obliged and he quotes me $35 which was almost a $1.50 more that I usually pay and I questioned him about pricing and he states to “TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE”!!! TIMESUST BE ROUGH FOR HIM TO BE SO RUDE AND NOW OVER PRICED! Lost my business.1 star ⭐️ is a compliment for them.

I love coming here. They always remember my name and there is always a smile. They take good care of our clothes and do repairs. I'm never disappointed. My only wish is they were closer to us but it's not much of a hardship to drive over there because they are worth it.

We selected this cleaner because of its location (near our preschool) and have been pleasantly surprised by the service. I went in with 2 toddlers in tow to pick up our items and the owner so kindly carried all the items to my car and loaded them for us. We will definitely be back simply for the kind service (everything came out perfect too).
