Lori Mitchell was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and really cared about our comfort. We did the test bed and she took us to several mattresses that could fit our need. Turns out the first selection was the best for us. Very impressed with care and service. She was also a veteran. Great service Lori.The Marshalls

Update: purchased another mattress from the store yesterday a few years later. Service is still incredible and Stephanie is amazing!Great store & will be back when the time comes again.I went to 3 mattress stores before calling Sit n Sleep Murrieta. I was hesitant to make the drive out there to have no success like the previous stores. Lori took my call, told me about their sleep machine that matches you to the best bed for your sleeping style and I headed over right away!Sherrie was the person who helped me once I was in the store. Their unique sleep machine matched me with a bed style in 3 minutes and she led me right over to the three best options in my price range. Unlike other stores that have you try everything, they narrow it down making it easy on you! I sat in the first bed and it was the best I had tried that day. It was completely different than all the styles I was looking at too. I thought softer would be the best for me, but a firmer mattress was actually better. (I would have never known this without their mattress matching tech). Then I sat in the second and fell in love. Within about 25 minutes from walking in the door the paperwork was printed and signed. They so transparent on their sales, put together a sweet bundle deal, and Sherrie was amazing to work with (So was Lori).Everyone in my family now knows where to go and I will never go to another place if I need a mattress. If you are in need - come here. They are THE BEST in the Temecula/Murrieta area.Delivery was also a breeze - in and out within 10 minutes. Super fast, next day, and very friendly delivery guys. You cannot go wrong with Sit 'n Sleep. Cannot wait to have the best night of sleep that I have had in years!

I'm writing this review for Mark Mitchell. He did an absolutely phenomenal job in helping me get situated with a new bedroom set and mattress . Mark went above and beyond multiple times to ensure that I was taken care of. He even contacted me the day before delivery two weeks after my purchase to make sure that the delivery guys had inspected everything ahead of time. I don't think I've ever had a customer experience as good as this. Mark is a rare gem in the sales world.

Larry G. from the Murrieta location was awesome!!He helped my husband & I pick out exactly what we were looking for without the “cheesy sales pitch” We laughed a lot as we quickly discovered he’s my Italian brother from another mother…lol!! Picking out a new mattress has never been more fun!! Even my 2 teenagers that, yes, had to come with, had a great time. It just goes to show that laughter is good medicine for the soul, no matter what you’re doing! Thank you Larry for your expertise, good sense of humor, and your patience. We bought a mattress from this location 13 years ago & it was great. From the moment we slept on it, we loved it & when it was time to get another mattress, we returned. 2 weeks ago, we bought a Kingsdown Northwood mattress & was told we needed to buy their mattress cover so that the 10 year warranty wouldn’t be voided. The one in the showroom was firm and plush. Not too stiff & not too soft. The first night we slept on it, we noticed that it was a different firmness. The mattress cover ($209) caused the mattress to feel hot & constantly slips off the corners.Sit n Sleep has advertised for years that, if the mattress isn’t comfortable, they will refund the cost as store credit, so you can find a better suited one. We called after a couple of days of sleepless nights. The salesman (Larry) said we need to sleep on it for 30 days before they would allow a return. He also stated that the return would cost us 20% as a restocking fee. He assured us that the mattress would soften over time & become more plush.2 weeks later, still uncomfortable & not sleeping. We returned to the store & dealt with another sales associate, Stephanie. She said she would allow the return before the 30 day sleep trial was complete. We explained that the mattress we tried at the store was not the same firmness as the one delivered. She explained that the mattress in the store was a floor model that had been there about a year. We agreed to an exchange, minus the restock fee, which cost another $800 dollars.Here are my complaints:1. A floor model that has been in the store for 1 year is not fair advertising. We checked on the industry standard for floor samples. 3-6 months is the maximum a floor model should be used as a sales example.2. The Purecare Tencel 5 sided mattress cover was sold to us as a “necessary warranty” item, which is not true. Further, the cover, which we paid $209, sells on Amazon for $60 & has horrible reviews. Why the markup? Why sell something that has such poor reviews?3. I get that there should be a restocking fee. 20% seems a little high.If Sit n Sleep wants to remedy this, this is what I expect:1. Full refund of the worthless plastic mattress cover.2. Full refund of the restocking fee, because the mattress we sampled was not the same firmness of what was delivered. Hence, false advertising.EDIT: I received a call from Sit n Sleep dispute resolution department 1/26. They refunded $409, the total cost of the mattress cover & half of the restocking fee. They asked me to update my Google review, which I am doing. I am still not 100% satisfied with the transaction, customer service, & loyalty.
