I brought my cat in with concerns about her teeth because she was not eating her dry food. We were seen quickly and the vet tech was very kind. But the doctor that saw my cat was very apathetic, began to call my female cat a he and while roughly handling my cats head stated she had stomatitis and would need all her teeth removed and referred us to a specialist. She then stated if we couldn’t afford it we could do it there but didn’t provide a lot of information that made me feel comfortable about have my cats teeth removed there at their office. Then we were informed my cat tested positive for Feline Leukemia and we were brought back into the room so the doctor could give us more information. Not only did the vet continue to call my cat a “he” but she also did not give us any information about what feline leukemia is and what we can expect. We had to ask questions to clarify the diagnosis and the doctors responses were again apathetic and short. The doctor said she wanted to see our cat again in 2 weeks but when I called to make a follow up the receptionist told me the doctor would be out until the 16th! It has been only a week since our visit and now my cat has cold like symptoms, she doesn’t go outside and has no contact with other animals so I can only imagine she picked it up at the vet office. Finally we were told they would call us the next day with our cats blood results, not only did we not receive a call, but they called us 3 days later because they are closed on sundays. I had to spend those days plagued with anxiety about my cat’s condition and whether or not she had any other virus with no information about how to move forward with her felv diagnosis.

Be aware to show up and be refused to be seen even with only one person in the waiting room. They still don't care. They can't get there schedule right and somehow it's your problem. This is the 2nd time we had issues and now I understand why my son stop bringing his cat here, which is who they text to comfirm the appt. Not me.

I've been taking my animals to this office for years now. They always keep the health of my animals in mind. They're even great with my giant breed dogs. Thanks for the hard work and dedication to our community's animals!

Took my daughter’s husky to Sky Canyon for shots during their Saturday clinic and inquired about flea protection, heart worm testing and an allergy shot because he has sensitive skin.I was impressed by how nice and efficient the front desk ladies are. There was a bit of a line but we got through fast and were told it was going to be a bit of a wait to be seen by the technician, but less than half an hour later, Zion was called in. The tech was very personable and attentive to Zion. We felt we were in good hands.Sky Canyon is offering a valuable service to the community by providing the shot clinic. It was a wonderful experience.I made a returning appointment to see the doctor for flea prevention and to address Zion’s skin condition.I would definitely recommend Sky Canyon to anyone that needs Vet services.

We came in knowing it was our little man's time to cross the rainbow bridge, and I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion the team showed us. This was our families' 2nd time in 2 years having to help our senior fur babies go to Heaven at this location. They assured us that they would feel no pain and it would be quick. They gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. It is never an easy decision to make, but allowing them to live in pain would be worse. Thank you to all the staff at Sky Canyon who took care of our babies, and us, in their final moments.

Reasonable low prizes. The rug in front of the office after one inters the front door could use a clean-up every day. Now very welcoming!!!

We have been taking both of our Shiba Inus here for years! They have a great vaccine clinic that runs on Saturdays with no appointment necessary and at low costs. We also took our female dog here to get spayed and they did a wonderful job and she recovered quickly! We also get our flea and heartworm prevention medicine here too! Thank you for taking such great care of our fur babies!
