What an interesting way to not gain new customers. Set a box of product out side with a sign "free, one per customer " and then scold them when someone picks one up to look to see what you're offering. May want to consider putting inside if it's only offered to existing customers. Nice job of bad marketing!!

I’ve been a regular customer for the past several years and I can attest that this has to be the best detailing shop around. This is truly a one-stop-shop with a vast selection of products. They sell a wide variety of top-tier brands, along with their outstanding in-house SoCal Wax branded products.Whether you are an intermediate or professional detailer, the friendly staff is extremely helpful to provide you with the knowledge, products and tools for your project.Most recently, I discovered that they also now perform ceramic coating and paint correction services. I’ve always wanted to get my vehicle ceramic coated, so what a perfect opportunity to get it done at my favorite detailing shop! The owner walked me through the entire process step-by-step and I made an appointment to drop my car off to get it done. The vehicle was ready for pickup by the day they said it would be completed and the results were phenomenal.Overall, I confidently recommend this shop for all detailing needs. This was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved my experience ! I was having trouble deciding which products I needed and Renee took her time to help me get to a solution. Staff is super friendly and their store is loaded with different products. 10/10 recommend coming here! Best pricing when it comes to QUALITY products.

Renee was great at helping me pick some supplies to prep my car for a vinyl wrap. the prices seemed very reasonable, especially the ceramic application kits.

I gave 5 stars but that was before the new owner. Now under new management the prices are way too high and the overall vibe in the shop is sad and dull. Not a fan of the new owner at all.

Bought a 25 dollar drying towel according to them 900 GSM. Look at what these shitty ass towels did to one of my clients vehicle. They hold tons of water feels like a wet rag dragging across. Seller said they were produced by the same company that makes rag company towels. Which is most likely a complete lie, the company towels have never done what these towels have done. I did give it the benefit of the doubt at first by inspecting the towel to make sure there was no rocks or sand but there was nothing it was the fiber it self that scratched.

Great place, I'll be honest I started with chemical guys at the detail garage down the street however it doesn't take long to figure out that there is so many better products outside of their world. SoCalWax shop is a heaven for detailers or hobbyist. They carry their own brand and so much more including Gyeon, CarPro, P&S, Rupes, Finish Renu, Lake Country..... The list goes on. Don't feel intimidated the staff will help you with what you need and aren't awkward to talk to and also won't only recommend their label. So happy to find this place so close to home. As a detailer I go to SoCal Wax Shop multiple times a week not only to fill up water, but to buy products, and even just have a conversation with Constantine or Rene. I always feel very welcomed & taken care of, great people and always a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this place to any mobile detailers to fill up their water, or anybody looking to buy chemicals & products for their detailing business, or even weekend warriors.
