We came in here one day just to look around, we met Paul and he helped us with understanding which couch would work best for us, was very helpful and made us feel like family! We customized a BEAUTIFUL sectional for our family if 6 ! It’s large and perfect the color turned out great. The whole process was easy! The couch is comfortable. Hands down a wonderful buying experience! I called the person in charge and made an appointment to see some much needed mattresses. The service I received was priceless! I came to Paul after dealing with a nightmare of a situation with a big box retailer. The entire process from start to finish was so smooth at Sofa Spectrum. I ordered a sofa and got to pick my colors, cushion and dimensions. Before I knew it, my sofa was in my living room. I reached out to Paul at Sofa Spectrum because I wanted to add a chair to our living room. We wanted something that put the final touches on our space.
Paul immediately provided me with multiple options based on the layout of our space. We ultimately went with a blue chair that is the perfect complement.
The purchasing process was so easy and our chair arrived in just a few days. I picked it up and now our space is complete.

I highly recommend Paul at Sofa Spectrum. We checked out sofa sectionals at Living Spaces and Jerome's, and they didn't even come close to the quality and craftsmanship that Paul was able to provide with our custom-made sectional. Also, some great quality heavy bar stools. Paul under promises and over delivers, which my wife and I appreciated very much. So picture this, it's 1 week before Stagecoach and I get this bright idea to put a couch in a spot that's currently occupied by my dinner table ( 5th Wheel RV ). I have known Paul from previous run-ins and him being everywhere in the city. Called him, he immediately came and dropped off some samples, measured twice, later that day sent me a drawing of the dimensions of the custom couch he would put in. The day before Stagecoach Paul's driver came in the morning, within 5 minutes he had it inside my rv and it came out amazing. Thanks Paul to you and your team for beyond exceeding my expectations. For the super fast turn around, and the great customer service.

Paul is amazing to deal with. Me and my wife went in to take a look at a mattress. He guided us in picking the right mattress that best fit our needs. We purchased the mattress on a weekend and before the week is over we have what we ordered. In addition, his delivery guy is good and handles the items like he is moving into his own home.
