Just discovered Stage 2 Cyclery. I think it was Rigo. But, he's really smart. Instead of just taking my bike for 3 days he wanted me to ride my bike until the brake pads came in. Brought my bike back to him and in no time he repaired my bike. Thanks Rigo.

He is fair on parts and labor without surprises. He will also stick with you to help you get comfortable with your bike and components.

Before coming to this shop, I tried 2 shops to try and have the chain rub on my front mech fixed, and get my rear derailleur dialed in correctly, Rigo by far did the best job out of everyone else I brought my bike to, reasonable prices, friendly service, & overall a great experience, I will be bringing back my bike for adjustments, and more service, Thanks again -Connor

i have taken my bike there twice, once to get a full tune up and another time a week later to get my brakes bleed because they didn’t bleed my brakes the first time even though they are supposed to do that in the tune up. i just picked my bike up from the shop because they were supposed to bleed my brakes and i get my bike and they did nothing to the brakes they feel the same as when i brought it in. but besides that all the employees in there are pretty cool.

I was looking for a place to take my Assault bike. It took me about a month before I found Stage 2 Cyclery. Even though they were slammed at the time, Rigo was able to get me in and get my bike taken care of. The price was very reasonable and my bike has never felt so good. If you're looking for a place to get exceptional customer service and exceptional work, look up Stage 2 Cyclery in Murrieta. You won't be disappointed.
