It is too business like and too routine- like greetings. I don't feel that they genuinely care.Prices are too high, and food is not healthy, it leads to addiction, loading everyone with excess caffeine and excess sugar in drinks and salt in bakery products.

This location needs to learn how to do java chip frappuccino I ordered one today it wasn't a java chip frappuccino the color is light and doesn't test as java chip frappuccino on top of that the girl forgot to put the chocolate surp on top it was a distaster I wasn't happy with my order I just throw it away because it was so bad I will NEVER EVER go again.

What a pleasant surprise! I rarely ever visit a Starbucks kiosk in the grocery stores unless I'm on a cup hunt. They had the cup I was looking for, just not in the size I want. No biggie! Jenni and Gracie made it such a pleasant visit, regardless. They were both so sweet and helpful, 5 stars just for having the elusive spinach feta wrap in stock. They didn't have any cold brew, thought it was odd, but Gracie said they could make me an iced coffee version instead. It was so yummy, now I only want to drink it this way from here on out. It was the most perfect, handcrafted drink I've had from Starbucks to date !

My first time here and she surprised me with a great coffee ☕️They where all friendly and the coffee was delicious!I left happyLocation is nice they even have parking for the coffee shoppers for 15 mins ♥️♥️♥️♥️ definitely recommend this store !

This Starbucks is a friendly stop. The servers and drive thru are always chatty. I never feel rushed even though it is often quite busy. They staff this location adequately, do their changeovers on time, and seem to not be out of items.

I don't usually visit grocery store Starbucks, but Gina made this visit very pleasant. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. I definitely recommend coming to this one. Five stars Gina! Thank you!

I just left from Starbucks and the lady said they didn’t have any caramel for the caramel frapp !!! Like what !?!? This Starbucks really needs help because every time I come there it’s something different. Everyone would be better off driving down the road to the Starbucks in from of Navy Federal Credit Union with the extremely long line because here they seem to never have 2 things to match.

I ordered a grande caramel machiato and Danielle punched it in register using her finger and I saw her cleaning the expresso machine with a rag and put her finger in the shot glasses. It was disgusting. She knew I was watching her, imagine what they do when customers not watching. This place should shut down for health concern. I just walked out not even letting the manager know. Unbelievable!

I was very disappointed yesterday when my sister and I went in for the happy hour and ordered 4 drinks. Two of them were the Salted caramel cream cold brew’s, an iced White chocolate mocha and a caramel ribbon crunch. The only drink that came out even decent was the caramel ribbon crunch. I go to Starbucks very often and the other three drinks tasted awful, the cold brews were very bitter and just tasted like iced coffee with nothing in it and the white chocolate mocha tasted like pure milk. Maybe they were having an off day but I don’t think I would ever go here again. I had to throw away three of the drinks after only a couple sips.

We had a large order--a few annoyingly complicated drinks and they got them all correct! But the woman working was in SUCH a bad mood. She was incredibly rude and just seemed like a miserable person. If COVID wasn't still a problem, I would have either offered her a hug or recommended she get out of customer service.
