This Starbucks and staff go above and beyond in service, product quality, cleanliness, overall kindness. Plus the coffee is addicting due to the quality and consistency of products. Today I went through the drive up and the app was not working and the Starbucks staff comped my drink- it made my day and is outstanding customer service. My favorite Starbucks around. Thank you for your outstanding work!

Very friendly, came in for a pumpkin latte for my mom. The woman with red hair overheard me and made one, but I ordered a pumpkin latte w/ chi. It's not her fault I changed my order at the last minute. She made it with no problem. My mom (coffee lover) loved both of them. Great service and really great coffee by the beautiful lady with red hair. I tip my hat to you ladies. ?

They close the lobby 30 minutes before the posted closing time... so I thought that was company wide policy. They told me that a nearby Starbucks is maybe open 30 minutes more. Well I called and the other Starbucks actually honors the posted closing time and will close the lobby not one minute before the app says they close. So I guess this location is just lazy or short staffed consistently. Stores should close when they say they do. And not mislead clients to show up only to find out they are closing early.

They get my drinks wrong a lot and it's not that complicated lol. I miss the previous Baristas ? now you have a bunch of chatty teens that barely pays attention serving the place ?

They put something in my espresso that made me very sick and extremely tired. I could finish my workout because I was almost immediately sleepy and my lungs started feeling extremely heavy almost like there was a central nervous system depressant in there. Idk if this is a prank or something but I didn't know the person. BEhind the counter so idk if I should call the police or file assault charges. It's not a very funny prank to me. I'm actually sick and almost lost a toe because I dropped a 45 lbs plate on my foot because of the lack of coordination at the gym. Whatever the depressant was is apparently strong enough to greatly overpower the 200mg of caffeine in my preworkout

THIS HURT MY STOMACH SO MUCH YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. i csnnot breathe right now. i got a mocha cookie crumble and my life is crumbling apart now. everybody go to temecula starbucks please.... there is a reason nobody knows about this one. service was great though!

It's hit and miss at this location. Every other visit I get beverages that taste bad. Usually it's when I am in a rush and cannot go back to get it fixed. This store is usually sold out of whatever promotional items are being advertised which is frustrating. When I have asked for something similar to be made I get charged multiple additional charges. The cost ends up being more than the advertised item.
