Whelp I was iffy about this place but my lady and I wanted to try a new place. Granted it was Sunday, obviously a busy day so a wait is understandable. They told us the wait was “FOR-TEE-FIVE MINUTE” so we said ok, signed in and waited. I checked the google reviews and saw the ratings were in the 3s and was ready to go somewhere else. My lady who is far kinder than I am said let’s give them a chance. Whelp a HOUR later here I am writing a review in real time. My lady has been seated already. No one helping her but she’s in a massage chair. I meanwhile am still sitting in the waiting area. Very worn, uncomfortable, dirty and mismatched chairs. The floor is filthy. There is a dust filled display at the front desk. These are my first impressions and observations. A man wearing pajamas has asked me to sit down. I now have a chair. Now noticing the horrid choices of pastels in here. Like an Easter egg hell motif. More to come once this pedicure happens…
UPDATE-
10 minutes later man with pajamas has started in on my ladies pedicure. I am sitting in the Luke warm water still waiting assistance. My lady just texted me “this place is filthy” which is not only true but for her to say that is very telling because as I mentioned before, she is far kinder than I am.
20 minutes later still sitting here. The water is now room temperature, a bird bath basically. I would walk out if I was alone. Still updating in real time…
Update-
10 minutes later. Pajama man has gone to help another person in the middle of helping my lady. I am STILL waiting.
Never again. My nail person has arrived. There menu is presented. Dirty and crumpled up. Printed out on cheap paper. No color. Gross. I usually get the best or next to the best (most expensive) but I’ve been waiting so long I can’t wait to get outta here. My feelings now are that of complete disappointment and frustration. My lady just texted me that there are a whole section of chairs not being used. They look newer and clean so obviously that goes against the experience they are going for here.
There’s one guy who appears to be the boss. He stands up to mislead and mismanage expectations for each poor new customer not knowing the the disaster they are getting themselves into.
Again my lady has been abandoned so pajama man can help someone else. 5 minutes later another woman arrives to finish the job with news of an up charge. I meanwhile am on the the massage part. Feels rushed but to be fair I think she knows I’m annoyed beyond belief. Now to close out she’s punching my feet. Like 20 times each. I don’t know about you but that doesn’t do it for me.
I’m noticing 2 other customers sitting in the dirty waiting area. Still patiently waiting after being sold the same lie we were.
My favorite part has been the hot towel at the end and knowing that soon I can leave and put this experience behind me. She closes out with asking me if I want clear nail polish. NAUL POLISH?? I’m 250lbs with a beard and tattoos, do I look like I want polish? Also just noticed that my lady is still waiting for someone to paint 2 toes!! Absolutely ridiculous experience. I would keep going but I think you, dear reader get the idea. This sh-t show will cost us close to $100. What a waste. Moral of the story trust the reviews on google. Usually they are accurate.
Ok I lied, one more thing, 2.00 charge for credit cards, and my lady hates her toes. Avoid this place for sure.

Not the best pedicure. Ruined all nails shape. Very uneven polish as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is what I walked out with. Im not a confrontational person so when things don’t get done right the first time it’s hard for me to go back and say “can you fix this”. The big toe on my left foot was way bumpier and I couldn’t let it go. So I walked back in and let her know it was bumpy and if she could fix it. She kinda scratched it off and just added another layer of top coat. My issue was with the whole pedicure. I just didn’t want to have to ask her to do the whole thing again. So I just ask to fix with the big toe but it was just done in the same careless manner as the whole pedicure was done in the first place she did everything with no effort. I went with my sister and they sat her done like 10 minutes before me tell me why we were both done at the same time and got the same thing done :( I hate being upset about this stuff so save yourself the trip and go somewhere else to get things done right the first time. I honestly wouldn’t have paid and just gone elsewhere but I did because I will not be going back again. Let me just add I’ve given this place like three chances. Every time is the same DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Me and my family had made an appointment the day before, saying we had one acrylic removal, one eyebrow wax, and one pedicure, our appointment was 11:30 and we showed up 11:20 my sister was not sat for a pedicure until 12, my mom didn't get her eyebrows done until 12:15 and by the time it was 12:30 an hour after my appointment they completely forgot I had a removal, he still wanted to charge me full price and tell me it'll only take 10 minutes, after me waiting an hour with an appointment? No thank you. Three people came in after us with an appointment and sat down before us. For him to say it would only take 10 minutes made me more mad. I just went home and yanked my nails off, at that point I didn't want to wait anymore.

I showed them a picture of light pink nails with sparkles and they painted black gels. I tried to explain that I didn't choose black but no one listened until I already had black gels. They removed it but you can literally still see black flecks through the replacement manicure.

Myself and my husband have been coming here for over 12 years. We had moved to the desert but occassionally drove all the way down here to get pedicures for him and both pedicures and acrylics for me. I think the longest we didn't come for (due to personal circumstances) was 3 years and when we walked in, Ivy (my old nail tech AND the ONLY person who I allow to wax my eyebrows) remembered us BY NAME! Us driving over an hour and a half should tell you how great they are. After having our daughter, we tried several salons in the desert for her little mani's and pedi's and she did not like anyone of them. She stayed very still, smiled, and was polite but I could tell she didn't feel like a princess like every little baby girl should. We started bringing her when she was about 4 to the tech Henry. She couldn't quite pronounce his name so she began calling him Harry. She is now 7 and till this day he is "Harry HER nail tech" lol. This man is amazing with her and she will NOT let ANYONE touch her nails (including me) but Henry. He gives her extra time with massages, always does designs on her nails, and goes the extra mile to make her laugh while he's cutting her nails to ensure she doesn't move. He always makes sure to be ready for her appointment and doesn't take any walk ins so close to her time so he doesn't make her wait. He treats her like royalty. My husband who is also very picky with his feet refuses to go anywhere else. And me? There is no one but Ivy for my waxing and nails. There are times when she just goes over and over and over with filing, painting, and shaping and when i let her knowvthey look great, she poinys out the inperfections and continues to work on them until they are not only to my standard but hers. And she's a perfectionist. And as for my pedicures, no one touches my toes but Ken?. His polishing is always perfect and his massages make me forget I have Mom duties waiting for me after I'm done LOL. They aren't perfect and can make mistakes, (as everyone does) at times, but I promise you they will always make it right if you are ever unhappy with their service. Give them a try!
