Easiest storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. I never even had to walk into the office and when I showed up and opened my unit door, there was a new pad lock waiting for me. That was a nice surprise. Always great service when I’ve called on the phone and had to speak to the manager for questions. Thank you.

The person that helped us was a nice guy and the price was good when we moved in. BUT. It’s been 2 years now and this year, our unit and the whole area near us got broken into. Thankfully, from what I could tell nothing was stolen. They soon added keypad locks to the doors which was good. We are moving out now because the price has raised multiple times in the last year and I found somewhere better prices and better amenities. Also saw reviews about rats. Thankfully we didn’t have that problem but today when cleaning out our unit, another one a couple doors down was left open and had tons of droppings!!! Beware

Kevin was very helpful .While I was storing tools in my unit he was walking the units and asked him about upgrading my unit since i was running out of space. I asked him about some units and he help me out right away he told me give a second ill come back with some prices by the time I walked out he already had me a deal so I upgraded in less then 5 minutes thanks Kevin.For all your storage needs in Murrieta stax up storage is the way to go best prices in town!!
