All of my valuable possessions were stolen out of my unit. Not only that but they never even told me the unit was broken into. Oh unless you consider one single phone call with a message saying “we have info about your unit” as an appropriate response to my unit being broken into. So I paid for months for a unit that was already broken into, they never offered to pay back that time.
Only reason I found out it was broken into because when it was broken into a SECOND time, this time did they decide to send a detailed text message.
There was literally holes in my unit door. There’s a spot behind the facility where people have been walking so much and sneaking to get in there’s a trail.
The courteous thing to do would to have paid the time back but they didn’t give a damn about it. Didn’t seem to really care. Just argued that they told me. If you told me why would I continue to pay for a compromised unit for months??? The weird manager there is definitely in on it and was trying to hide a lock that was on the ground in the unit. When I asked about it she denied it, I literally saw it with my own eyes. Horrible scam artists stealing from people. 0/5.

Patty at the Cube Smart location at 24335 Monroe Ave., in Murrieta, Store 0143, BLOWS AWAY her competition. I have had to move storage every six months for years because of bad service and sky rocketing prices. Patty has shown a level of professionalism, service, and commitment I have not seen anywhere else!! I urge you to PLEASE give her a call and see if I’m not right on the very first call!

Prices continue to go up annually, sometimes twice in one year. When I first started it was less than $200 and now it’s over $400 for the same unit. There is no one on site to assist you, so now you must go to the Cal Oaks location down the street, and hope that they are available to assist. They are only staffed with one person to cover both locations.
