Hello I'm not the type to leave a negative review,however this place not good .My boyfriend was so in shock how extremely unprofessional this student movers are on every level.and started from the women that answers the telephone I understand we all have our bad days ,but this women is a very angry person and she actually told my boyfriend he was too dark may e she could tell by his voice on the phone he wasn't white. We were in complete shock and the movers always smell like Marijuana and the aren't professional this place will hire anyone off the streets that can lift a box so sad there actually in business!!! I am reporting this place to the bbb..

stay away from student movers!!!! they damaged my property and michelle, the dispatcher, called me a liar. so incredibly rude. i would never do business with them. ever. ever. i would give them a negative 10 rating if i could

They have horrible customer service skills. I couldn't get a clear answer from the representative and her tone was shady. I called back and could hear them discussing me while I'm trying to explain to the next rep where I'm not sure if I heard correctly since she didn't want to repeat or confirm if the price was $150 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours which would cost $860. 150 x 4 does not equal 860. He said oh yea well there are extra fees so the total is $860 for 4 hours then each additional hour would be billed at $150 an hour. I say oh okay and the woman then proceeded to yell at me what the federal mínimums are. I wouldn't spend $1 with them!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Student Movers. The company's manager Shawn was honest, without hassle, or trying to absolve themselves of responsibility if something happened. The mover's team only took a 10 minutes break, and then got straight to work again with the same enthusiasm. They also spent a few minutes arranging items in the truck to prevent additional damage. The service, in general, was prompt, on time and our staff was treated like a baby by 3 polite and friendly gentlemen. There were no damaged items during our move. One can ask for no more!

I am sure that everybody's experience is different, but personally for me, we had a wonderful experience with Student Movers. We did a few bids as we were leaving Utah and relocating to California, and went with Student Movers as being most affordable. They arrived on time, when they said they would, and they were able to offload our things into our new home quickly and with genuine care. I would highly recommend Student Movers for your moving needs.l!

I had 2 pieces of heavy bedroom furniture about 40 minutes away from my place that needed to move to the warehouse. I called Student Movers to schedule a consultation, the manager was busy and called back when I asked him to. Plus to the customer service. On the day of the move, the team of two guys arrived on time, they wrapped the furniture securely, brought it all down 2 flights of stairs, and then loaded it in their van. Excellent job. Reasonable prices. Really nice guys.

It was super awesome, and they are available in the area. They were fast and efficient. I certainly was not disappointed! We had some very heavy equipment to move, called them in the afternoon the job was done within a few hours. They arrived on time and immediately started moving things. They were extremely quick and efficient. They handled all of my pieces of furniture with care and there were no signs of any damage! VERY PROFESSIONAL! Thank-you very much.

This was the third time I moved with Student Movers. To book them is super easy. The manager will call you back to confirm all details and give an estimate. This company is super-efficient, the team showed up at the exact time they promised. They have a super hard work ethic and are super careful when moving furniture. They make sure everything goes where you request. Also, they installed all our furniture and appliances in a very fast pace. The price was super competitive compared to other companies.

Student Movers was the best company to help me move during a very stressful time. Movers were so professional and took such great care and caution with my belongings. They were very helpful as well. They're work is worth all the money! Another thing worth mentioning is that they have boxes, wrap, dollies. I didn't have to lift a finger.
