Came in to check out a rug. I've seen online and asked if I could open up the packaging they said no and the girl refused to get a manager for me. I went to the front and talk to a manager and I told the manager what had happened and she apologized but my Experience was ruined and I will not be purchasing anything further from the store. This is not the first time. Customer service has failed us at this location. I will be shopping somewhere else for all my Christmas needs.

Service at the registers at this target is terrible. Waiting to be checked out patiently and a new cashier opens up and asked the customer BEHIND ME if she wanted to move to her line. Well... Hello! I was next in line. Cashiers need to be more considerate to all customers and not pick and choose who they want to check out. Very rude cashier.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sean at the cash register, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I approached the counter until the transaction was complete, Sean's exceptional customer service skills stood out.First and foremost, Sean's eye contact was on point. It's often rare to find someone who maintains such strong eye contact while multitasking at a cash register, but Sean managed to do so effortlessly. It made me feel like my business was genuinely appreciated, and it's those small details that truly make a difference.Additionally, Sean's sense of humor added a delightful touch to the entire experience. In what can sometimes be a mundane transaction, his lighthearted comments and jokes not only brightened my day but also created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with a genuine sense of humor so effectively.What impressed me the most about Sean was his consistent and genuine demeanor throughout the entire interaction. He wore a warm smile that seemed entirely sincere, which instantly put me at ease. It's evident that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers he serves.Overall, my experience with Sean was exceptional, and I left the store with a smile on my face. It's employees like Sean who make a significant impact on a customer's experience and leave a lasting positive impression. This is the best Target, even while under construction. Sure, I might be biased. Decades ago, when the Cal Oaks Target was first opening, there was an employee and friends preview event. My family and I were there as doors opened. I rushed in, grabbed some gum, and made my purchase. That's right, I made the first-ever purchase at the Cal Oaks Target. Still have the receipt somewhere. Will pass it down to my children alongside the collection of NBA Teeny Mates, which were also primarily found at and purchased from Cal Oaks Target. I'm sure every employee at every job has a bad day here and there. Cal Oaks Target though? You'd never know. This is my comfort store, and they don't even mind when I come to just walk around and check for clearance deals while getting some air conditioned exercise. So, yes, this is my favorite store AND gym. Will be back soon, often, always.

Terrible Target. My 15 year old daughter went there today to spend birthday money and get Starbucks with her friends and the worker tried to kick her group out as they are waiting on their drinks?! Told them to leave and wait outside after they got thier drinks for their friend group to get theirs?! Told them they couldn't use a cart unless they were buying things, which they were there to do. I get the Mesa Highschool is right behind it and they likely have hooligans but my daughter and her gf's were so off put. The security followed them around too?! I get teens shoplift, but my kid wanted to spend her $100 Birthday money at a store she likes. Terrible.

This particular Target is extremely clean and maintains a well groomed appearance and professionalism. I truly enjoy the shopping experience because the store is well stocked in all areas which puts your wallet and budget in jeopardy. In addition, their restrooms very well maintained. My favorite Target!

This is my least favorite location, but a friend and I were in the area so we decided to stop in. My biggest issue would be that none of your employees look happy to be there, nobody on the floor smiles or greets you or even asks if you need any help and that was walking the entire store and passing by handfuls of employees. The store gives me "I'm trying too hard vibes" like it's attempting to transform into some big, bougie department store. Also their dollar spot is a measly half aisle and sorely lacking items and prices are skyrocketing. Target was fine just the way it was, please don't fix what's not broken!

I like Target I love to walk around and find stuff to buy. The candles smell amazing! Everything is priced amazing! The target circle rewards are helpful. If you need to buy organization items, they are super affordable! Overall 10/10 would recommend

Is this store open? I have called and called to try and reach customer service desk to do a stock check- no one answering. For 45 minutes. So I tried apparel. And any other dept in the store. It rings off the hook in any department I try and reach. A shame that I have to travel 15 miles one way to go to the store when my question should be able to be answered via phone so I don't waste a trip out there if you don't have the item in stock so I can exchange a dress that is too big for me for a smaller size. What is happening these days with retail????

Worst customer service on the planet. They have no carts. People were grabbing the return carts they use because they were sitting empty. Literally 4 people in front of me grab the carts. So I grab one and continue to shop when the manager comes up tells me I can't have the cart because of a liability issue. Proceeds to take the cart with my stuff in it with no solution. Absolutely worse customer service I have ever seen. How do these large companies get away with hiring the worse people. I won't be back. Walmart is right down the street

**Drive-Up experience on 12.11.2022** I seldom have a bad experience at Target, but today probably took the cake. =/ Normally this location off the Cal Oaks exit is on top of it, but they fell short on this visit. My order was ready at 11:37am, as the email shows. I let them know I was omw through the app. I parked at a designated spot about 15 minutes before noon. Once I got there, I accidentally typed in that I was at spot #10, when I was parked at #1. Realizing this within about a minute, I drove to the next lane over to park at the correct spot. I looked around and there weren't any employees delivering orders. At this time there were maybe 4 other cars waiting, too. It's raining, it's the holidays, I get they are probably slammed. It's when cars started parking around me and getting their orders and leaving that I began to lose patience. Granted, I was omw home after this pick up but I waited almost AN HOUR to get 2 little things (accessories for my phone)! Somewhere around 1:26 I attempted to call them but there was a "technical error" per the recording, so I hung up. I tried again a few minutes later and someone actually picked up. I tried as nicely as I could to explain that I had been waiting for 40 minutes at spot #10. I said I had watched other cars arrive after me and leave with their stuff already. He put me on hold to see what was going on, and came back about 2 minutes later apologized, and said someone was coming right out to me. Okay. Soon after, an employee came to my window and finally gave me what I ordered. Before she was done, a second employee walked up to her and handed her a gift card for me. I was perturbed to say the least, but I understand they can get backed up. It was a nice gesture of them to rectify the situation, and I appreciate the gc, but I lost time that I can't get back. Idk how they prioritize delivering orders, but it didn't look good from where I was sitting. Everyone I saw getting their stuff had big items, so idk how mine slipped the cracks. In any case, I finally drove off with my stuff at 1:37pm and no one had to get nasty which is good. Just have extreme patience if you're planning on driving up or just go inside! Initially I was going to give 1 or 2 stars, but the gc was today's saving grace. TY to the guy who answered the phone and made it right. Be safe and keep your cool!

Only putting a 1 star so I can leave a review. Why does the dressing room close at 8 pm on a Friday? The store closes at 10!!!! I don't want to waste my gas returning something if it doesn't fit! I spend enough money at target ! I guess I'll be leaving a basket full of clothes for them to put it back since I can't try it on and the stores open
