Kevin the manager, is a real know-it-all. He did not allow my return and then said that my item usually has a manufacturer's warranty and to do that, without knowing for sure if it does. Which is doesn't by the way. My item did not even last 1 month, and I was dissatisfied with it, but that doesn't matter. I don't know how people get hired for managerial jobs when they clearly have terrible customer service skills and clearly no people skills. If you want a hassle returning and want to be told lies to just make you go away, then go here and speak to Kevin "the manager". I suggest he takes a class on interpersonal skills and customer service.

I always get screwed over in the line here by someone signing up for a Target CC. Then you just get stuck standing behind them for forever! Maybe it always happens to me when I'm on a schedule? They should have people sign up for the CC in the customer service area.

Moved things around so had a ha4d time finding my items. Maybe make your item isles with clearer signs.

You can shop such a large store quickly by asking one of the many employees on the floor where to find the product you want to buy.

Target was very special. Not one clerk greeted me, even though they were in the same aisles and hanging clothes in the same row. Then I asked that my hangers be left on. When the cashier was done ringing me up, she provided no bag. When I asked for a bag, she said, "The hangers won't fit in the bag, that's why I left them out. We only have one size bag." I kindly offered to pay for a bag to do it myself, but she was gracious enough to give me one. ALL ITEMS FIT IN THIS BAG INCLUDING HANGERS. I was feeling like I was in Mayberry R.F.D. ☺

Returning a Bissel dual surface shampooer that didnt work that I bought just for tile floors, the brushes didn't even reach the floor...Anyways that wasn't the reason for the 1 star, it is the staff that earned it! So Jasmine unpacks the item and tells me the serial numbers don't match and they won't except it for return! I wasn't upset or worried because that's the item I bought from target and told her to get a manager. By the time Kevin came she had figured out which was the correct serial number...NO APOLOGIES for just ACCUSING me of trying to do a bunk/scam return! I brought it up to she & Mgr for her to explain and show me HER confusion but not APOLOGIZE! I'm not sure why she was showing me where the right serial # was...I don't work there BUT she does and needs to know better before making such accusations on honest paying customers! I continued to shop and also getting more upset about the accusation so I see Kevin and ask for her name & the MANAGER told me he couldn't tell me her name, that I would have to ask her/them! That sounds very unprofessional and a straight up LIE being told by a mgr! They said their name was Jasmine, but no way to confirm it because she wasn't wearing a name tag. I just hope she wasn't feeling justified accusing me cause I'm black...cause that's how she made me feel!

Well let me start off by saying, this target despite of its location is clean and well organized. Employees were hard work and very nice. I did not feel rushed, and I was able to go isle to isle with out any difficulties, such as clothing everywhere and item on the floor. My experience here was genuinely awesome. AS far as the Starbucks inside cut them some slack they're only two employess from what I saw they still worked hard and kept a smile the entire time.
