The staff at the front desk and in the CT and MRI rooms are welcoming, helpful, and respectful, making patients feel comfortable and relaxed. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with courteous employees who are careful and attentive during procedures like dye insertions. Patients appreciate the timely service, with fast check-in and efficient techs who are polite, helpful, and professional. Although there was some mention of unhelpful reception, overall, the staff’s kindness and expertise create a positive experience for those undergoing scans.

Had a great experience May 24 2026 at 8pm appointment. The girls/techs who work in the back are amazing! So nice and caring. Had an MRI, they gave me an eye mask, warm blankets and wedge to put under my legs! They made it a much better experience than expected! Give those girls a raise!!
