I was about to rent until I did a walk through. Walls are super thin... The staff is nice but If you don't mind the feeling of being in the same room as your neighbors, go for it! I can't offer any other feedback as I never signed a lease other than my ESA was under review for several days and the office manager was unable to reach the main corporate office. They were expecting me to pay for my ESA dog but promised a refund once the ESA is approved. I lost over $300 applying... Another reason to save some time and consider looking elsewhere.

Staff are very helpful. Neighbors are polite. The swimming pool is always clean and the rec room is also clean. Nice experience overall.

Now that I have officially signed a lease to move out of here, this is what I think:
The location of the apartment is great, right off the freeway, by a lot of food, and nearby grocery stores. The appliances are brand new, nice quartz counter tops, laminate flooring. The unit overall is very aesthetically pleasing, just don’t look too close.
The unit itself is subpar, it gets the job done but is not a place for the weak. The windows will get black mold in the winter, my washing machine flooded my unit twice in a year, the toilet gets a ring around the bowl within 48 hours of cleaning it. Lastly, I wouldn’t recommend getting packages delivered to your unit as I had multiple stolen over the course of a year.
My biggest complaint with the community was the response time of the leasing agents. Personally, I would have to send three to four emails to get a response. The manager, Sara, was great. I would just message her directly if help was needed.
Overall, you get what you pay for I guess…

Moved in April 2020 and moved out Jan 2025 it was just getting to expensive for us. But the time we did live there it was good all maintenance issues were taken care of promptly. The apartment complex felt safe to me was never scared to go out at night. The manager was great and always helped us out when needed even after to move out. My baby loved going on walks around the complex and when they started having the taco truck there it was great. I loved that there were good stores nearby and even the movies always something to do.

I don’t live here however, I visit my friend a lot here. It has made me consider moving here with how amazing the staff is. Especially Sara, my friend talks so highly of her and tells me how helpful and sweet she is. I have two little boys and they absolutely love the park that the arbors have.

I just moved here and the little move in gift was so sweet!! Sara has made the process so smooth and organized. She is such a joy to be around and I love her!

Manager Sara is very professional and kind whenever I go into the office, she handles everything in a quick timely manner and is always very good with communicating and addressing any concerns that I have!

The staff lie about receiving payments for rent. Resulting in late payment fees and collection fees. If I could give zero stars, I would.

there's a lot i want to say but lemme just add this: i signed the lease with a roommate and we both agreed to the terms and so on for the apartment. however, without any communication from my roommate and the leasing office, i received a final notice via email that i and the roommate are to leave the apartment "in three weeks" (which was by Oct. 2nd 2023). i was frantic of course because i had no place to live. i had to sell a lot of my things and give away a lot of my belongings to condense down enough to live out a car with a trailer for a few weeks til i moved in with my family out of state. i'm extremely disappointed that this apartment complex ALLOWS early termination from just one of the roommates and all no necessary communication to the other roommates EVEN THOUGH WE SIGNED THE LEASE TOGETHER. i'm so angry with this place and hope others see this and don't live here. *****ps: watch for hidden and random fees even after the contract says the end of the terms/lease date. they hit you with additional rent and fees amongst other garbage to take more money on top of a very expensive rent for a place to be invested with roaches AND spiders. of course they didn't take care of the extermination like they say they do in the lease agreement.

Don't move here!!! My husband and I moved here nov 2022/until nov 2023... everyone in office seems nice and understanding but they aren't!! Not trustworthy. We had roaches and they wouldn't don't anything about it!! And we were also dealing with a neighbor who smoked weed in the apartment 24/7 and mind you I'm pregnant so I was miserable!! Again didn't do anything. We left the apartment in good condition. No holes or damages and yet we didn't receive our security deposit back!! Instead we get a letter in the mail that we owe them debt of $140!! BS!!!
