These guys were great and easy to deal with. Angel kept me informed every step of the way and made the process easy to understand. I was recommended by a friend and was very impressed. If I could give more stars I would as Angel, Efrain and the guys made me feel welcomed and anxious to see the results of their work.We had a crumpled fender with a pushed in bumper. The team at TSM Collision provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I dealt with both Efron and Angel and both were extremely helpful in walking me through the process of repairing my vehicle and were extremely communicative in managing my expectation as a customer. They were meticulous and thorough in their inspection. Most importantly, their quality of work were superior. A breath of fresh air. I've dealt with other collision shops in the past, and it has been a struggle to get mediocre work even after multiple attempts. Not here! The first time was 100% correct and completed as promised.The entire staff are professionals. You can feel the immediate difference walking through the door. They handle all of the insurance paperwork. If you're out of pocket, the quality and finished product is above anything I've experienced before.I own a production run factory black car, so it naturally shows every defect. I was shocked at how clean and flawless the finish was on delivery. If I could give a five platinum star rating, I would to show how awesome their work is.Thank you so much for making this a great experience.

Efrain + Angel were great! They were friendly, helpful, and honest guys. It's intimidating going to any car place to get your car fixed, as a woman, but they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. They contacted the rental car place for me and had me picked up to get my rental; when my car was ready, they facilitated my rental car drop off. I feel they went above and beyond and highly recommend them! I had couple questions about my car after I picked it up and they came to my house, took a look at my car, and addressed my concerns.
