I just got home after visiting the UPS store on Hancock in Murrieta. Janee helped me today. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at that store, in fact, everyone that has ever assisted me has been very polite and friendly. Janee was no exception. Her warm caring personality was displayed from the minute she greeted me. What a pretty smile she has! If only everyone in the world could be as nice as Janee, the world would be a better place!

Do not come here, there was a rude young woman who works there that made me lose $120 because of her lazy negligence. I went in yesterday for an Amazon return that had two items one had a QR code and one had a shipping label. I tried telling her about the shipping label and she spoke to me as if I was bothering her over a stupid question. She said that QR code has the shipping label. Now because of her, I lost money I can't afford to lose. If you come here make sure they check your stuff because they're not even capable of doing that without attitude.

The opening store clerk Zach ( store 1439 ) was handing business. Taking care of multiple customers at a time all while also having things delivered for UPS . Keeping the flow going. Yesterday I had a 34-inch monitor to return along with its components and one of the women who worked there apparently was just arriving at work and got out of her car near me and knowing she was headed into the store ignored me and kept on going. I had to ask her to get help for me. Now I mumbled You think her a-- would have helped me. She made some comment and went into the store. I went in there and told her " You think you could have offered me help or to get help. This other lady possibly Mgr quiets her and then tells me she's not on the clock. I say, OK then she should say that and offer to get someone, not brush me off and ignore me. I was pissed and she then wants to tell me to lower my voice. Screw that! I said It's about providing customer service? They were both wrong and I had to struggle bringing this big box in on the dolly, out of breath. I am 67 years old and they could have cared less. I hope this is a franchise and the owner of the store sees this. I will NOT be going there anymore.

Great customer service and no wait! The staff are very customer service oriented and actually care about the customers needs. On many occasions, the line can become long, but the staff are very proficient, and before you know it, it's your turn.

My company uses UPS for forward staging locations. UPS has a program that they sold to my company. Unfortunately, many of the people at the UPS stores are not familiar with the product. I, as a customer, carry training information from UPS that I was instructed by UPS corporate to show to UPS employees who are not familiar with the program. This UPS employee was not interested in listening to me she simply told me I was wrong. And she would not help me. I was able to get one of the other employees at the store to get my package no issue. Anyhow, overall, I don't recommend this store as they would allow an attitude like that to exist.

This is normally my go-to place but right now I have an issue and I'm not 100% sure that it falls on this UPS location. But I do know that somewhere in between here and my return to Amazon. My package is disappeared. Amazon states that UPS never even scan them in and they have no record whatsoever of them. Yet. I dropped off two packages with three items and I got the drop off scan (i believe, I can't find it and was in a rush to get on a plane) but until I find out more information I'm going to have to leave my five star review drop down to two. The only thing I can think of is that either Amazon somehow had a faulty barcode. Or this UPS store is completely incompetent. I will say that I dropped off a third package as well that day and it got delivered. So I'm skeptical, maybe help me out here guys? It was on Tuesday at 10:30 am may 16th.

I've been coming here for years and have always been impressed by their customer service. Today there were 2 young girls, Jonah/Lyda or Lydia (16-17 yrs old maybe) and they were both incredibly aggressive/rude. Perhaps they've never worked in a customer service position, but they most likely aren't prepared to work with the public yet. Unkind attitude, disdain in their tones, one actually yelling at me publicly with customers in line behind me, when I told her that this was unprofessional. I told her I would be notifying the store & she is telling her response as I'm trying to leave the store "GOOD! I hope you do!!!" I was in shock. The management I've seen working here would absolutely die knowing customers were being treated like this.

WARNING!**BAD** NOTARY SERVICEandZERO RESPONSE FROM OWNERWe had a document notarized here and the State returned it to us as being incorrectly notarized.Solange (the notary) stated she did not do anything incorrect (apparently she thinks she is right and the State isn't...) and that she has been doing this for eight years (as though that makes her incorrect notary service correct).Her errors (mis-recording BOTH of our names) were extremely costly to us and she promised to have the owner call us to discuss rectifying the situation. She, as a manager, could not even refund the $30+ we spent on the service. We have waited a full week and have heard NOTHING from the owner.

Worst experience. Extremely rude black female with bleach blonde hair who acted as if she owns the store. She had an attitude from the time she helped to time I left, I came in for a big return, had all QR code ready, and everything in its original packaging, with the exception I did not have QR codes readily available for the two last package. Before she started I apologize that I had so many returns. No response and the attitude begun. As she starts to scan the QR codes, she told me with attitude that next time if I come in with boxes they need to be taped or else she will need to charge me. She was irritated and started to throw all the packages on the floor as if to make a point to me. Never have I had this problem before. She could have just asked me to remove all items from the boxes, instead of giving me attitude and being rude and continue to be rude. Needless to say I was with a child who had to witness this. Towards the end, when I had to pull up the last two QR codes, she printed out the receipts tossed it at me and serviced another customer. Before leaving I told her there is no need to be rude and she said that I was not prepared when I was except for the last two packages then as I walked out continue to speak loudly and poorly of me, I did turn around and said if she had something to say to me she should have not to everyone in the store behind my back. I will not be returning to this location.

The customer service at this store is awful. They close at 6. Myself and an elderly woman walked up at 5:58 on the pouring rain and their door was already locked and employees were still at the registers. Knocked and they shook their head no. This rude customer service is not necessary. I was upset for myself but even more upset for the poor older lady who had just shuffled all the way across the parking lot in the rain while carrying a huge box. I've worked on customer service since I was 16 and this is not how you get a return customer. Heartless, unnecessary and rude.
