The ladies there are mean! They are super fake. Super nice one day and next day bipolar mode switch. I worked a couple suites down and at first they were all nice then they went over there being so rude 😒 as if they are not in customer service themselves. Trash staff . They act like middle school mean girls gossip than go treat us all rude. But whatever glad this isn't my ups. I used to be the nicest to me and im always working my butt off as if they dont know what thats like. Anyways, I go to the Elsinore location and they are the nicest. Avoid this place if you're looking for real kind authentic humans. Unfortunately they became my work neighbors and are toxic so moving forward. BYE FELICIAS!!

I had a great experience at UPS today. I want to sincerely thank Nikolitee for her outstanding customer service. She was patient, kind, and very helpful with my mailing needs)… As someone whose first language is not English, I truly appreciated how clearly and respectfully she communicated with me. She made the process smooth and stress-free…. It’s rare to come across people who go the extra mile — but she did exactly that. UPS is lucky to have someone like her on their team. Thank you again, Nikolette, for making my day easier and brighter.

Daphne at the UPS store in Murrieta, CA is an outstanding customer service representative. Daphne went out of her way to help me ship my 9 large boxes across the country from California to New Jersey. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and took time to explain everything in detail!!! During the hour I was there she engaged in conversation and made the time go by so quickly!!
I ended up spending $1100.00 to ship my boxes and it was worth every penny!! Daphne shows the true meaning of superb customer service representation. Thank you Daphne!!!

Set up a notary appointment for 2:30. I arrived at 2:24 and the worker at the front desk said the notary was already leaving. I told him I set up an appointment online. He said the online system doesn’t sync with their store. So I set up an appointment and drove to the store just to waste my time? Yup but I was welcomed to come back tomorrow at 10. The notary will PROBABLY be there. Waste of time.
