I initially had Union bank and they transitioned to US and I cashed a $5000 check a few weeks ago with absolutely no problem using my business account. I came in today and was assisted by Charles Storm and Rachel Klein and they gave me a hard time about cashing the check. When employees want to cash a check they absolutely can without any overrides or manager approval if they know or have a relationship with a customer. I own a salon and have a business account and personal account, have came in numerous times and never had an issue with them, Because they chose to not help or even contact a manager from another branch I will be closing all of my accounts and climbing to the top and let corporate know about my embarrassing experience today

I normally don't complain but the teller with the blonde hair was not very friendly or professional. This was not the first time either. The first time, I kindly asked her to please turn some documents upside down due to it having confidential/sensitive information of a previous customer. It was in plain sight. She did not appreciate it. Facial expressions don't lie. The last time I was there, she seemed annoyed and hardly spoke a word to me. Only asked for one transaction and took her almost ten minutes. This bank lacks customer service and they are unprofessional. My husband said the customer service there is ridiculous. I will looking for other banking options.

Last July had a series of transactions, among them wires, in and out, requiring time constraints. The manager was not only knowledgeable, but staff was trained to respond. Although, it has not been my regular bank, I have had an account through a predecessor, Alameda Nat. since 1967. Not sure when USBank bought them out, still pleased they sold to USBank.

A bank that doesn't do bank things. Since when does a bank not sell you change or break bills for you? Everyone I have been talking to today has been flabbergasted by this. I will be spreading the word about this. Extremely unhelpful location. I am not sure if it is bank-wide or just this branch. Wish I could give a lower rating. Made my day extremely difficult.

Great customer service, hardly ever have to wait and they are open on Sundays and most holidays. Yes they close early but most banks are not even open on those days! The branch is inside Stater Brothers and there is an ATM as well.

I wish I could give this Bank a zero! Today, I will be cancelling both my accounts. Actually, I'm so glad that I didn't put much in their bank because all they do is foul things up. I'm staying FOREVER with Chase Bank! Yes, CHASE bank has actual branches, been with Chase since the 90's and Chase is PROFESSIONAL. Now, getting back to these unprofessional know-nothings. First of all the personal acct was suppose to be a FREE checking ACCT. What they do every month is CHARGE A MAINTENANCE FEE of $10.95 and $2.00 PAPER FEE, then automatically REVERSE IT. THAT'S A FREE NO-CHARGE ACCOUNT? Try to keep your records straight with that!! Next, they promised me a PROMO. Spend $100 for 4 month and said they'd match and put in $50 after customer spends $100. Yah! What a JOKE. TRY TO GET YOUR $50 after the fact!! Like pulling teeth. They told me a $50 rebate was put in, but it wasn't so account overdrafted and they double charged me $38.00 penalty fee! The joke is that when they first charged me an overdraft fee, I still had a balance! WHAT A MESS! They don't know what the heck they're doing. So, who's in charge of all your accounts, the young know-nothing female within Stator Bros. Market on Hancock in Murrieta. The account statement is such as MESS YOU CAN'T figure things out! Worse of all, THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE garbage. The headquarters in Minn hides out and you'll NEVER EVER GET FURTHER THAN YOUR BRANCH. Okay, better to know now than later! NIGHTMARE!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK.
