The store is clean and organized. Everyone there is nice and you can tell they all care about each other. Like there is a sense of comradery amongst the employees. Also, almost anytime I'm ever looking for anything, I'm always approached by a worker to ask me if I they can help me which I really appreciate.
The main reason for my review is to highlight Fer who works at the Starbucks inside of the store. She is the sweetest and she knows her regulars. She always has a positive attitude, even when I can tell she is busy or when they're down a person. There aren't many people like that anymore in the customer service industry and I'm so grateful for her. The barista's are sometimes the first people I interact with for the day and it can shift the start of my entire day. When I see Fer working, I know my coffee is going to be delicious, and that I'll have a great start to the day.

My only complaint is that their beer is never cold. It's always kinda cold n ends up warm by the time I'm home .

Searching for La Tortilla Factory ORGANIC yellow corn tortillas shown on Vons web page Sky Canyon Drive store. They were out of stock but Ray, the store Mgr said he would ask the vendor about the tortillas. He was so very helpful. Thank you Ray!

My go to store. I am going to write primary about their drive up and go as that is what I usually do. I pick up food once a week and in the past 2+ years I have only had something wrong three times. Each time it was quickly corrected. Very convenient for a mom on the go. I also appreciate the seafood counter, always given good advice and the cuts I want.
