The pharmacy sucks! The pharmacist that answers the phone is so rude and unknowable. Please try to avoid this place if you can. They are the worst!

This is the cleanest Walgreens I've been to, the customer service is kind, yet inefficient. I've set my stopwatch every time I need to pick up my prescriptions here, and I spend approximately 30-45 minutes here every time, even for one medication. This place is a major time suck. Half the time my prescriptions aren't ready, despite what the Walgreens app displays. I've also canceled prescriptions here multiple times, only to have them refilled and charged for the next time around. Will likely transfer to another pharmacy that has their sh!t together

Came in here because my friend wanted to check out their Christmas aisle specifically looking for Snoopy items. 3 or 4 employees stocking in that aisle talking amongst each other, but no greeting or acknowledgement for us at all, not even to ask if we needed any help as we just went around them to look at everything. Cashier was a little dry, like robotically just going through the motions, not necessarily unfriendly. They didn't have what she was looking for, but I personally wouldn't drive out of my way to this specific location again.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. No one waiting for vaccines yet i was told they only accept appointments. Spend 20 to 30 minutes trying to make an appointment on their website. It would not let me. I went to ask yet again if they could just see us since obviously there was a problem with their website. The guy at the pharmacy kep making a face like im bothering him. Seriously what kind of customer service is that?? I left. What a waste of my time. Never again!

Horrendous, as usual. Today the pharmacist laughed at me when I was upset that they lost my medication and never got back to me about it and never bothered to tell me that my other medication is out of stock with an unknown ETA. He thought it was funny apparently that I'm stressed about my health and need my medications daily and can't just skip them. I'm out of my 30 day supply on both of them. The pharmacist of course blamed me and his own employees for these problems, and I had to tell him multiple times that he's the pharmacist, so his employees are his responsibility, and that I can't do anything more than call them multiple times to check the status (they don't answer), check their app (always incorrect), and drive by to ask multiple times a month. So funny apparently. What a cold-hearted person. I wish there were other options but every pharmacy these days sucks. At least this isn't CVS.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but reading other customers reviews, plus my experience with them today forced me to write. I scheduled for my family of 4 to have flu shot, scheduled at 3:45 pm, and didn't get to call our names until 4:47 pm. I get there at 3:40 pm, there is one customer a head of me in line, it didn't get to me until 4:00 (20 minutes stand in line). Then the girl help me check in, said that they can't find our information or insurance, which I have to provide for her again, I told her that this is NOT the first time we been to this pharmacy, they should have all the information on file plus our insurance is the same. We sat there to wait for our turn, then it turned out to be 1 hour of wait, I get frustrated and want to cancel our appointments, but then they call our name. FYI, there is not much customer there, just come and go, but I'm not sure why they are so slow. When the pharmacist call us, which she called my daughter who is 14 years old, so I said I will go in with her just because she is a minor. This flag me that if this pharmacist is new or she even know the medical guidelines that minor patient WILL HAVE to accommodate with parent/guardian. Then she ask my daughter to confirm her birth date, which my daughter provided for her clearly, then she just stare the paper in her hand for a good 30 secs to 1 'minutes, this started to make me wonder if she got the right paperwork since there are 4 of us, AND my big concern is if she got the RIGHT VACCINE. After she give both of us the vaccine, I ask if I can get a proof of all the vaccines for all of us. One, I need to submit to my work, and two, for upload to our PCP for our immunization records. She told me that she is not sure if she can do that because she never done that before. I told her that I been to this pharmacy before and I always ask for the proofs for the same reason, and they always provide that for me and not sure why she told me that. As I wait out side, I saw she ask the staff, this is really concerning me. She is the pharmacist, did she really know what she doing? She doesn't know the policy or protocol of the pharmacy OR medical guidelines? Not to mention, while we in the room, she drop the paperwork in the trash, pick it up, open the shaft container lid, AND give injections to us WITHOUT changing the gloves. I work in healthcare so all these details caught my eyes. This pharmacist definitely needs more training on medical guidelines, protocols, and policies. Should I be concerned and worried? YES, I am. I was concerned about the sanitation, safety, and most of all if we received the right vaccine. And guess what, it been done! I will change pharmacy, even if this pharmacy just down the street from my house.I always have a good experience at this pharmacy, not this time.

The drive thru pharmacy is extremely slow. It takes me 15-20 minutes just to get my prescription.

The pharmacy manager, Briana, was willing to compromise my health by taking her personal emotions out on me as a patient. I called her out on a customer service issue. She lied and acted defensive about an issue. So what she did was cancel a prescription that I urgently needed for my health because she was upset at me. She also said she will cancel all prescriptions from any doctor. It is very unethical and unprofessional that she takes out her revenge out on patients like this. I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 20 years and I have never encountered such repugnant and unethical behavior.

I received a phone call stating that my medications were ready for pick-up.great, I go there and the meds won't be ready until 3 days later. Okay, we all make mistakes, but then as I was leaving, the pharmacist says to me: If I don't like it, go somewhere else. This pharmacist, that represents Walgreens,needs a manager to explain to him that we are the customers.

Worst Pharmacy always backed up and gives excuses on why your meds aren't ready. Takes at least 24 hours to get a prescription filled after they receive it then after they tell you an hour, 4 hours later it's still not ready. This has occurred multiple times, always stating they're backed up or to busy.

I was so relieved to find out my health insurance offers 90 day prescription refillls through Caremark CVS. They contact all your doctors for you and then automatically ship your refills to your house before your 3 month supply of any prescription including birth control, run out! Call your insurance company asap because most of them do this.

Every time I go in the cashier (older lady with curly, brown, redish hair) has such an attitude! Never says hello or even offers a bag when I clearly have my hands full. If I ask for a bag she rolls her eyes at me. Bad customer service from her.

This pharmacy is terrible. The office said they sent my prescription over. I went through the drive thru and they say they don't have it. I call my doctors office and they say they sent it. So i go inside, and now the lady says she has it but that it's only to take 45 mins to fill. Okay so i decide to leave and go about my day to run errands and I come back 5 HOURS later, AND ITS STILL NOT READY. The girl then tells me another 20 mins. and this isn't the first time this has happened. Gave them a second chance and their service is the same. 0 stars

Disappointed. I called late last night to have an item put on hold to purchase today. A Walgreens staff member confirmed they can hold it for me. Went in to purchase said item today and was told they sold my item to another staff member in the morning. why put it on hold for me if you were gonna sell it?
