Terrible customer service. I had trouble with the card reader reading my credit card and the girl at the register had no idea what to do. She acted super annoyed and kept loudly saying your card is not going through like it was declined when it was just not reading my chip. A line started to form behind me and there was several other employees standing around gossiping instead of jumping on a register to help out. I had to just leave without getting anything, mainly because of the line behind me with frustrated people.

I was demeaned, deceived, embarrassed, humiliated and abused at this Walgreens location on Cal Oaks by Staff Lead Stephanie. I submitted a four-plus page report through the Walgreens survey site (as printed on bottom of every Walgreens receipt) and selected the option to be contacted about my serious complaint. This was over 24 hours ago. I have not been contacted and will never enter this facility again. Staff Lead Stephanie deserves to be suspended, demoted and properly retrained, with an emphasis on empathy and kindness, before ever being permitted to interact with customers, or even co-workers, again. She is a bad person and Walgreens is enabling her patently evil behavior. Shame on entire organization.

You have to really keep on top of them. They won't process certain medications because of delays and they won't call or send you any messages. And they have a habit of telling you something will be available sooner than it really is.

Went in on Christmas Eve and the gentleman in the white shirt was so personable and on top of his game, despite how busy it was! Thank you for amazing customer service. Wish I knew your name. This was around 1pm on Christmas Eve.

Very rude worker at the Photo Center.Jennifer 12/17/22 - 1:30pm.Several customers had issues and she didn't once apologize for not having orders complete, samples ready or for keeping people waiting.Very poor service at this location.It will waste your time to go there.

My son has Influenza A and just got over a day with a high fever, severe aches, nausea....the works. Doc prescribes several medications to mitigate symptoms but also (more importantly) a Z-Pack for the sinus/ear infection he also now has. They sent the medications his morning to the Cal Oaks Walgreens.I stopped by Walgreens 20 minutes later to makes sure they are processing before finally heading home. They say they don't have the Rx for the Z-Pack. I go home, call the doc office and the nurse says "No, it got sent in with the rest. It is at the top of the list of meds prescribed. Re-check with them and call us back if there is an issue." I call the Pharmacy only to be put on hold (someone answered and immediately put me on hold) where I waited for quite a while before they hung up on me. I was livid at this point as I had another bad experience just last September trying to fill a scrip. I called Charlie the manage who was quite helpful. Long story short, he said the ZPack was in and getting filled and to come by in 20 minutes. I drove over after 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have the ZPack Rx. ....but then suddenly she says, "oh, it just came through right now (as we were speaking). That will be ready in an hour." I am fuming now. I called Charlie but had to leave a message since he's at lunch. I really don't want to transfer Pharmacies but I may have to if this is going to be how things are going forward. I have been a patron of this location for many years and really not sure what has changed as I have never had an issue up until last September and then what I experienced today. The level of incompetence in their Pharmacy is mind numbing. Now I have to drive back there with my sick son in tow for a 3rd time just to pick up his Rx that should have been filled at least 3 hours prior. .....unbelievable.
