I wish I could give them zero stars. Both my mom and I have been using this Pharmacy and have continuously had the same issue with them. First of all they are never kind during a call. They cut you off and refuse to actually listen in order to help you. Secondly, they refuse to fill prescriptions when the doctor calls them in cause they believe they know better. My mom's doctor finally had to call them herself and say, "are you the doctor? I sent it to be filled so fill it". I had a refill sent in but because I was in the process of changing pharmacies (for above reasons) they refused to give me the prescription. The new Pharmacy has been trying to fill it but because they already filled it the insurance won't fill it again. CVS said Walgreens has got to cancel and return to stock. Well big surprise Walgreens refused to do anything for me and stated since I switched pharmacies they don't have anything in there system for me (so apparently they can't see all the records they have for me? Sure). No matter what you try to fill here it's always a nightmare!! I had a c-section a few years back and needed the pain meds the doctor subscribed- anyone that has had a c-section knows how painful that is- and they made me wait a whole 24 hrs in horrific pain before they filled it!! Everyone that works there is always sooo rude as well!! Whatever you do avoid this pharmacy!!

The pharmacy staff members are beyond rude. I'll be switching pharmacies or locations. I dread going in there to pick anything up because I hate having to deal with the staff.

Every time I come here to get my prescription it takes forever. People are really slow here and there are not many people or anything.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD... i was the only person in line and waited over 15 minutes nobody helped me and i walked out with no medication. Thanks for nothing.... The people who work here are absolutely inconsiderate people who need their medication and they don't care. Everyone looked "too busy" to help someone... it woulda been super easy but no.

This is the best Walgreens. Always great service. The pharmacist here is the best. He called me personally to check and see how my new medication was working for me. Not even my doctor does that. So appreciated!

Highly upset with this location. I arrive at my appointment time to wait in line patiently to arrive at the window and be told they are closed for lunch. Come back at another time.. if an appointment is set in place in second place do not reschedule me last second that is not professional go enjoy your food fat girl #PharmacySucks

It's incredibly sad how this Walgreens (Pharmacy) went from being amazing to absolutely HORRIBLE! Obviously POOR management!!! Staff are absolutely clueless, except for Jeff, how to do their job. They're in a business to provide customer service, which is completely lost here!!! I hear about other Walgreens being just as bad, so it all starts at the corporate level! I've completed surveys & asked for replies....ZERO, which tells me the company doesn't care at all about the customer! Now, I'm being told someone deleted my GoodRx #

I somewhat frequent this location for last minute items and twice now that I’ve gone in for beauty products I’ve discovered open and used items on the shelves. Each time I’ve notified a staff member and showed them the products have clearly been used only for the employee to immediately put them back on the shelves to sell. I work in the beauty industry and that is completely unacceptable. Always check your products and stop shopping at this location. I know I will be.

I used them for convenience as I live 5 mins away, their service has gone down hill for a while but today I needed to pickup Antibiotics for my 10 year old daughter who has a double ear infection and has a fever. The pediatrician said she will call in the prescription after 4pm. I called the pharmacy at 4:15 pm to check if they got the order from the doctor, I waited 34 mins on hold and no one answered, I figured they were busy so I drove to the pharmacy thinking they are slammed since no one could answer my call. Not 1 car in drive through, there was a Ride Walgreens employee who was probably having a bad day and taking it out on me. She rudely said the doctor didn't call any prescriptions in I asked if they can send an electronic request to the doctor as they have done that in the past. With attitude she said no. I drove away and called the doctors office who then called it in while I was on the phone. I parked my car and walked in at 5 pm same employee named Karina said they have the prescription but can't fill it because it was too late, they closed at 7 and had 2 hours to mix flavor with amoxicillin I know it takes 15 mins at most. They had the medicine she just didn't want to help me. there wasn't anyone waiting or at the pharmacy and I tried to tell Karina my daughter isn't well and has a fever and to have a heart and make an exception. She obviously didn't have a heart and said no. She said I could call the 24 hour Walgreens 30 mins away with traffic and they may do it. I asked if she could call them for me and tell them I will be on my way, she again said no should call myself I asked for their number at least and she again with attitude wrote it and pushed the piece of paper across the counter and didn't even say I'm sorry or explain why they couldn't help me. The last 2 hours of the day for them is not enough time to fill an easy prescription that was in stock I'm moving my business to another pharmacy and willing to drive the extra miles to avoid people like karina.

This Walgreens is out of control! I've had so many problems here and the manager and pharmacy staff do not take problems seriously. The main issue is poor customer service at the pharmacy. I've come here twice for covid vaccines because it was the closest pharmacy to me where I could easily get an appointment. The first time I drove for an hour and then had to wait 30 minutes in line (there was no separate check-in for vaccine appointments). When they finally got to me, they told me they didn't have time because I was late (even though it was only because I had been waiting in their line for 30 minutes!). They didn't believe me, and started asking other people if I had actually been there! The pharmacist told me she didn't have time even though they weren't even close to closing yet! She said the paperwork would take too long afterward. I explained how far I had driven, how I had an appointment, etc., and finally she agreed, but then changed her mind because she thought I was "rude." I have health problems and needed to sit down after waiting for so long but no one seemed to care. I just said I'd wait and hoped she would change her mind. Being "rude" is really not a reason to deny someone their covid vaccine, and I wasn't being rude anyway. After I started crying finally she agreed to give me my vaccine. Just a totally weird experience and unnecessarily difficult. The second time (again, only went there because it was the closest option), I had an appointment, and when I got there and approached the pharmacy I saw it was completely closed! I didn't get any notice of my appointment being cancelled or anything. There were staff inside who opened the door just to say it was closed due to a "family emergency" and tough luck, basically. I asked why they didn't notify me so I wouldn't have had to drive so far, but they had no answer, just got annoyed. Ok. I get that emergencies happen, but they should let people know who have appointments. It wouldn't take that long to call. They should also have substitutes available to work in such circumstances. There were people who came in needing their prescriptions who got turned away, too. I had to go to another pharmacy to get my shot. This place needs new management and better pharmacy oversight.

I'm not a professional reviewer and I rarely post reviews, but after glancing at these reviews I had to say something. I've been going to this pharmacy for about 11 years and I have found the pharmacists and technicians to be very professional and certainly qualified. The last 2½ years have most organizations faced with never before challenges. Walgreens Pharmacy is no exception but by comparison has done a real good job. I would like the public to know that Jeff, John, Phil, Fola and other staff have done a remarkable job under trying circumstances.
