Cheapest gas in Napa if you apply your 711 member phone number at the gas pump or if u pay cash. Safeway Fuel is the cheapest of all in American Canyon. However, the bathrooms smell horrible, have little to no maintenance, Bathrooms feel like a health hazard. Employees change all the time. Seems disorganized and seems like people are underpaid. Needs to improve customer service.

This was a new store a couple years ago, now it’s completely trashed. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I had to wash behind my hands behind the counter. The food is gross. The workers are rude. Chevron down the street is super nice and much more well put together.

Woman working in the store with cheaply dyed hair was being extremely rude to customers and her coworkers. Everyone else here is wonderful to deal with beside her.

It's my 3rd time visiting. Out of 3 times 2 times no coffee and no regular half and half. Rude service . Nasty bathroom . Only thing good about is the convenience

This restroom was disgusting. Urine and feces and blood, completely and entirely unsanitary. I should have had my kid pee on the side of the road, it would have been cleaner.

It’s morning. NO coffee! When I tried to tell the cashier he looked at me like a bozo. It took him five minutes to comprehend to make coffee complete idiot.

I bought two cookies from the warmer and a few other items. When I asked the employee for them he went to get them out of the case and then rang all of my goodies up . Then I got outside the store and no cookies I! I was debating on getting them because I'm on a diet anyway ..... When I went back into ask the gentleman that waited on me at approximately 5;45 on July 13 2023 he had long black hair he looked stressed out when he answered me he literally shook his head( hair) and with a grasping breath said ; ( I didn't know and I gave them to you where did they go?) He was Very mad and confused, and he rushed away ....I JUST WANT MY DARN COOKIES!! LOL ! P. S never got them!!!! KRAZYLYONS SAD '

They are located across the road from our office park. I've only been in a few times and no one was particularly friendly. Fast forward to today, they are having some sort of event with music blasting so loudly that people on the other end of Zoom calls have asked what's going on in our office. I called the 7-11 location and was handed to a woman who wouldn't give her name. She was rude and dismissive when I asked if they could turn the music down a bit. She barked at me that it would be going on for 5 hours and was a national promotion. I told her they could still have their event without disturbing every business in a half mile. She just snapped that nothing would be done. My next call was to the Napa Sheriff's Department to lodge a noise complaint (I'll address them separately). Still nothing was done. We're 4 hours into this blasting musical mish-mash and everyone in the office is at their wits end. I will never patronize this location so long as they have no respect for their clients or neighbors.
