The manager here should be ashamed. Several times I have been in and hear her question people about how much sugar they want in their drink. "Are you sure you want that much that's a lot of sugar." And not in a nice way. To put it nicely I've seen it be said to heavy set women. I believe her name is Amber from what I was told. Just unbelievably rude. Sorry not everyone is skin and bones like you, Amber. If I want a coffee with 40 sugars that should not be any of your business. You're not drinking it. Maybe you need to put some sugar in your drinks to give you a bit more skin on those bones. Send her to customer service training. On another note there are two girls that are always great. I believed their names are Lola and Kate or Kathy I can't remember. If I see manager I'll walk out. Those two girls get 5 stars. Amber gets -10

I had their espresso / dutch chocolate ice cream. Their ice cream is generally wayy too sweet, and their dutch chocolated flavored ice cream tasted like a melted Hershey's chocolate bar.

Awful service... I went in at 6:30pm and she flipped the closed sign 30 minutes before they closed... Apparently they do not offer samples for ice cream and that's fine but... Both employees were extremely rude... They told me that "if I didn't like the ice cream then I didn't have to eat it and to throw it away" after I bought it... The Ice cream was mediocre at best. Never going back... Do not recommend. There are many other ice cream shops around town to choose from.

Stopped by the Napa visitors center and asked where's the best spot for ice cream, and was directed to Anettes. They have a wide variety of unique ice cream flavors, which is great, but unfortunately (and strangely) they do not provide you a sample. All I was provided with was a flavor description and option to choose two flavors. Please improvement customer service experience.

I love visiting local chocolate places, and with the location of Anette's - can't really miss it while strolling in beautiful Napa. They have ice cream and of course chocolates + sauces, popcorn and sure will hit any sweet spots you're craving. While in Napa, why not.

Not allowed to sample ice cream, despite pretentious names that leave you guessing such as “Indonesian Vanilla Ice Cream”.Below average ice cream overall.

- service: the girl who helped us was extremely nice and sweet. Offered to let us sample their chocolate cherry fudge which we had to bring one home -Food: ordered 6 bonbons: + 2 wines truffles: prefer the wine to taste stronger + port: off balanced, port and chocolate in this truffle are like an old couple at the court house, wanting to go their separate ways so bad but forced to cook together by a mean, rude judge (or chef) + Brandy : I love this little piece of heaven. It's like drinking with all the yummy-ness but without the heartburn. + spomoni(??): the one with mazipan and tart cherry. I like it, but I like pretty much anything with mazipan. Cherry was a bit sour but still quite yummy.

This is a chocolate connoisseur's dream. Everything from the ice cream to the chocolate covered marshmallows, it is absolutely divine. Yes it's a little bit more expensive but of course it is! The candies are so unique and beautiful. They have a s'mores kit that is unlike anything I seen elsewhere. Well done! Can't wait to return.

Very nice location in downtown Napa. The shop itself is very small but with lots of varieties of chocolates. The ones we tried were excellent. They also have chocolate amaretto liqueur, which was quite interesting. The service was very friendly. Great place to come to indulge.
