The Manager there, Jason, is incompetent. He speaks loudly, has people tell personal information loudly, is slow and cannot fix his own mistakes. There is always a line of people who need help (probably because the manager is not great) and only 2 waiting chairs for customers when there is often 5+ awaiting help. The manager said I hurt his feelings when I pointed out he often types in or writes numbers in the wrong order, which is sort of important for a shop which does phone numbers

Everyone was so incredibly helpful and patient while trying to fix my phone. I would recommend anyone to the store. The employees are kind and knowledgeable on all subject matters involving iPhone issues.

We are so happy that we chose the ATT store on Soscol Ave in Napa, CA. Marco and Gabe did a stellar job of helping us change to ATT fibre optic, but they also helped with new phone service too. Best experience ever!!

Jason at the Soscol location in Napa was very helpful & efficient upgrading my iPhone 12 to the 15 Pro. He let me know about all the improvements and new features and was knowledgeable about all things relevant to
the upgrade and the payments plan.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for help in the world of phones in wine country.

Thank you to Jason fro helping me fix my phone. I wasn't able to receive calls. I went to multiple stores and no one could figure it out. Jason took the time to call into att for me and fixed it in no time at all!

My phone just died. Suddenly. Dead. Who can be without a phone these days? I envisioned a world of hurt coming my way: replacing the phone, retrieving all its data (not easy with a dead phone), not to mention a BIG expense. Fearing the worst, I stopped by AT&T's store on Soscol in Napa. Gabe served me. He totally got my predicament. Within a half an hour, I had a new phone, new accessories, data transferred from the old phone to the new, and all at a ridiculously low price (more than half the time I spent there was Gabe looking for (unasked by me) the best prices). When you go to the dentist, do you sometimes mistrust what they tell you that you need? You can trust Gabe. This is service that's so outstanding, it went out of fashion years ago. What a tech-hero this Gabe is! Ten stars (out of five).
