I'm a short person who wanted to get more serious with cycling for cardio and sight-seeing. Gained a wealth of knowledge every visit that led me to coordinating with Duke to search for what is within my budget. With some luck, we were able to gather components in a 3-month period to have the custom Felt FR (size 43) put together. This is my first full carbon AND customized bike to accommodate my stature. I never knew it was ever possible to have a serious bicycle for my body frame, let alone building it by specs!

Duke was patient with the suggestions and questions I had while also knowledgeable to recommend otherwise. He was readily tweaking the final touches to help me get as fitted on the ergonomics as possible. Awesome customer service and client-owner relation. As I coordinated with him, I found what also works and does not work for myself that I know what I want to try for the next build.

“We had an amazing time renting e-bikes from Fat Tire Bike Rentals in Napa. Chris was amazing and super communicative and helpful. The bikes were perfect - easy to use and comfortable. The Napa Valley wine trail was easy to follow and we were able to stop at 2 wineries and for lunch before dropping our bikes back off. Pricing was super reasonable and the communication and customer service were top notch. Highly recommend! This was my favorite part of the trip!”
