I traveled to Napa in May 2023 for my bachelorette party and purchased some earrings made by local jeweler. They quickly became my favorite earrings. Fast forward to December 2024, I was on a trip to Chicago and was wearing earrings. I realized at some point in the night that one had fallen out. I took a chance and looked up the name of the shop on my old credit card statement, called and spoke to the most gracious owner. She assured me that she only sells one person’s jewelry, contacted her, had me send a photo of the earring, got new ones made, shipped them to me in Tennessee and personally texted me the tracking number. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! I will absolutely be going back in the next time I visit Napa!

This is a great locally owned store with wonderful staff and service. I love their shoes and everything about this store. They go above and beyond in personal service!! I highly recommend them.

This unique and adorable boutique in downtown has a fantastic variety of shoes, bags, jewelry, hats, gorgeous leather jackets and more! Everyone at C’est la Paire is incredibly warm and welcoming. This wonderful shoe store is a refreshing MUST when shopping all that downtown Napa has to offer—you don’t want to miss it.

90% of my shoes are from Cest La Paire! It is the best shoe boutique to ever come to Napa. They have such a great variety of shoes for weddings, date nights, vacations to even slippers and rain boots! My favorite part about the shop is the two ladies that run it. Deb and Elena are both extremely knowledgeable about each brand they carry and what is in style at the moment. They take the time to find the perfect shoe for you that works for any occasion or lifestyle. Not only do they have reasonable prices but the quality is unmatched. I am rough with my footwear and am confident that my purchases are going to last a long time when buying from Cest La Paire!

Every time I come in here it is SUCH a lovely experience. The ladies are so helpful and wonderful and they always have the best shoes for any occasion. I always make it a point to stop by whenever I’m in Napa!! Cannot recommend enough!!

I've been coming here for years since they were in Yountville. I bought a pair of shoes that I wore for ten minutes that hurt my feet and they refused to take them back. The lady was rude, had no empathy. My mom and I buy shoes from here all the time and will no longer be coming back.

All jewelry sold in the store is locally made a few blocks away. Here you will find shoes, clothing, jewelry and awesome accessories. The owner is pleasant and very helpful and a delight to shop from. Super cute boots for window and boot scoot in' around town.

I am a local who lives near downtown Napa. As I often do, I walked downtown and grabbed a coffee, and visited a few shops. I purposely went into this store because I will be vacationing in Sicily soon and wanted some cute walking shoes. When I walked in the shopkeeper was talking with a couple from Atlanta. At one point the shopkeeper loudly said that she would NEVER live in Napa - it's a tourist town. I chimed in to the couple that I absolutely love living here. The shopkeeper continued on with her rant, stating that she lives about 30 miles away, she could buy the exact same house where she lives for much less than she could in Napa - because it's NAAAAPPA -(very snootily). I walked out. Insulting a local when you've set up shop in their town to cash in is not something I will support. She also was insulting to the tourists she was talking with since she said she would NEVER live in a tourist town. Napa is a small town of connected and kind local people, many if not most with roots in the wine business. And yes, those tourist dollars have brought many nice restaurants and shops for us all to enjoy. This clueless woman (she may have been the owner - short dark hair) has lost my business permanently. And I encourage other locals or anyone reading this to think twice before supporting a business who vocalizes her distaste for the town that supports her and diminishes the status of tourists who also support her. Ugly all around.
