Never answer phone. Hire more people if needed. How can you help customers if you never answer the phone?

To update an account - you'll to need make an appointment. On a Thursday you can look forward to a Tuesday appointment because Monday is a holiday. The teller will give you a card with a number on it so you can attempt to make an appointment and when dialing that number 707-257-1108, the messsgeid " this number had been disconnected". So you'll need to walk back into the Chase Bank, wait in line to report the discrepancy to the teller. Who will then make an appointment. Another set of customers were there concern their account has been hacked, they felt they need assistance right away but they too needed make an appointment too. The number on card says the number is disconnected. Banking and customer service isn't what used to be, we are considering other options. Good luck

JP MORGAN shutdown the south napa branch. It never really recovered from covid. They left one atm on the side of the building by panda express thats always broken / full and super flithy major homeless mecca. High stress parking lot situation. North napa only has ONE ATM outside thats also flithy and always broken or full. Long lines, slow tellers. Meanwhile Sonoma chase has FOUR ATMS outside. JP morgan needs to get it together, install more atms hire more tellers. QUIT being stingy and cutback on their vip executive jet trips

They've closed the branch and left two ATMs. Then they removed one of the ATM machines. Now the one remaining ATM is not working. And it's always filthy.

Went on my lunch today and the bank was closed. The website said they were open, but they’re closed and the ATM doesn’t work. As a result I was also late returning to work. It would really be advertised when they will not be open.

They now changed everything. All the tellers have been removed at this location now so there is no way to go turn in your cash to deposit. So if the ATM doesn't accept a bill you're out of luck. They only have one ATM inside to replace the 3 to 4 teller options that they had before at this location. I'm not sure why you would have to change a system that works. Now I have to go all the way across town to go to the 1 store that's able to fulfill my needs. Most likely will be changing my bank soon if Chase is going under and having to make these poor changes.

My husband and I have been banking with Chase since we became committed, wow, close to 16 years. In that time we seldom had to visit a branch as we do most of our banking online. However Ive recently had to visit this branch a few times in the last few months to make deposits I didn't feel comfortable making through the ATM. Let me just say, the customer service in the branch is exceptional. Each time Ive visited here someone acknowledge me upon entering; I mean who does that? I love it! Wait times have been only a few minutes and the tellers are always incredibly friendly and efficient. Love this branch! If you like great customer care, this is your bank.
