“Had a GREAT experience today at Dr. Dermody‘s office. Don’t know what all the brouhaha is about the front office staff, they were extremely helpful and kind, even got me kindly slotted in for a same day appt due to high blood pressure even though I was a new patient. I think people forget there are real human beings behind the telephone staff and I’m sure they had strict Covid protocols in place. The front office staff was great! The tech who took my vitals was great. Was seen by Eric, a Physician Assistant. He took his time w me going over my extensive medical history meticulously and was extremely kind even though I was the last appt of the day at 5:30 PM on a Friday and I’m sure he wanted to get home. We worked out a comprehensive plan to deal with my high blood pressure and other issues. I couldn’t recommend this office and their staff etc. more and look forward to working with them in the future. Kate Healy Bowerman”
