I was fortunate to arrive the day Michael Lofton, the assistant manager, was working. He is knowledgeable, patient and took his time explaining the differences between certain shoes. He helped me tremendously and I will definitely return. Thanks, Michael!

Showed up yesterday to pick up a pair of shoes that were ordered online. Got a confirmation at 11am that the shoes were ready. We drove 20 miles to pick up the shoes at the store that was supposed to be open till 7pm on Sunday. When we showed up at 5:30pm there was a hand written sign on the store saying the store was closed for the day. No apology or anything. Called corporate today and luckily they are refunding us $10 for the inconvenience but they had not been made aware that the store had closed dearly.

This is my favorite shoe store ever! The manager Marcos was extremely helpful and quite cute too! I got his number after he helped me find some shoes and fast forward to today we have been dating for 3 months!:)

Very glad they had a good selection of size 14 and 15 for my husband. We have a hard time finding good sneakers for him. Customer service is very kind and helpful.
