I'm a technician with NCR company which is FedEx 's global customer. I'm here dropping off prepaid packages those just need to be taped. His name is Daniel (Indian guy), he said that I can't take it like this because it need a lot of tape and I can charge you. I said Why? Every FedEx store offer tape service for free then he change his voice and ok I will give you favor this time but I will charge you next time. Really!, what a customer service 💀. I said that I don't need your favor, I will take it all back. I don't understand how come he is being asistant manager in this FedEx ? I will never ever do the business here.

My least favorite fed x location and I stop by many fedx ex stores in the regions due to the line of business that I have. This location is always at slower pace, not that helpful.. the server seems be down a lot of times when I need the code to come in to send a print job.
So much time has been wasted almost every time I have to use this location.

A lot of older women working here which is all good but they are so slow when they’re busy. Expect to spend 30 minutes in a line of 4 people.

I was so pleased to be able to get all the wonderful help from a associate named Seth he was very perfecianal .. I couldn't believe how much the whole crew works with all the customers one on one ... it makes .y day k owi g I have a business that has hired perfect associates to make things go so smooth.. Everytime I go into this place there’s an issue. I don’t know if the name tag he has was his real name but Sharron did not want to be at work.He was tall and sluggish. He had AirPods in which seemed pretty rude considering he wanted to kick us out after we were already in there before they closed. Headed to Walmart to purchase anything and everything I would ever need from FedEx so I can never come here again.Poor service, and poor attitude.

I mean FedEx is FedEx... Torture for both impatient customers and understaffed associates alike.Writing this review specially as a shout-out to Seth. This man hustles like no FedEx employee I've ever encountered, and is very polite and helpful. He's still in training but @fedex give him a raise he deserves it!

This store is centrally located in Napa town, ways have parking space and do fed ex express as well as any shipping including international. Their staff is ways attentive and very helpful.

I have used this place for years to make copies. Lately however, that's become problematic. There is always at least one of the three copiers out of service. Two were out of service today. One of which has been out of service for almost a month. When you ask for help, it seems like an inconvenience. It's sad to see businesses go downhill.

I would give this store zero. One staff member at 8:30am on a Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous.
