I was nervous given all the bad reviews but I had a great experience. My vehicle was ready when I got there, the salesman was perfectly fine, and there was no upsell pressure. No complaints at all.

The people that work there were rude. Made inappropriate comments to me and other patrons at the location. Very disappointing that these are Hertz agents and represent the company poorly.
