My old pal Kinky Joe Filibuster and his right hand man Jimmy the Weasel told me about the new secret menu hot ham and cheese sandwich at Jack in the Box while I was up visiting Kinky's neighbor little Pete the storm chaser.Well, I headed straight to Jack in the Box to see what all the hype is about with the new hot ham and cheese sandwich, and all I can say is WOW! There's a new kid in town, and he's taking names. Order the new ham and cheese on the secret menu, it's great.

I ordered a Buttery Jack combo. I was exited and anticipated having a great burger. Once I unwrapped my burger I was amazed how they were able to make a pancake style burger… Smashed down to a 1/4 of its advertised size, tomato slices still green, lettuce wilted, and melted cheese…. No not here , just some room temperature cheese slice that wound up meeting its doom on a sad burger. It appears someone took out their bad day at work on this poor innocent little buttery jack. I did what I could to make this sad flat little burger shine once again, but no matter how much ketchup and honey mustard I added it couldn’t hide its scars from its abusive past. Shame on you Jack in the box…..shame on you.

Very disappointing when you pay extra for curly fries and they are cold...burger was cold. Egg rolls tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old. Not sure whats going on at this place,used to be top-notch.

Shrinkflation. Getting only 4 and 8pc chicken nuggets now. The menu in drive through still lists 5 and 10. Price is the same too..not such a value anymore

Where else can you get Seasoned Curly Fries and tacos to go with your breakfast sandwich in the morning? :-D Jack In The Box is the fast-food restaurant's fast-food restaurant, plain & simple!Definitely get their app, as it makes ordering a whole lot easier and you can build up reward points in a remarkably short period of time. It definitely makes going through the Drive-Thru a breeze, too.What I love about Jack In The Box more than anything is their sauce selection. Why just get ketchup when you can dip your fries in BBQ sauce? I've never had a problem with the food at this particular branch, as it's always been made hot & fresh. More than I can say for other fast-food competitors in the neighborhood.Man ... writing this has now made me want to have a Jack In The Box breakfast tomorrow!
